Claims (1)
- 表面着磁された磁気ドラムと、この磁気ドラム
が回転体の回転軸と一体的に回転する時の磁束変
化を検出する磁気センサと、この磁気センサを保
持する保持ヨークとを備え、この保持ヨークを、
上記磁気センサと上記磁気ドラムとの間が所定の
空隙値となるように、上記回転軸を回転自在に支
承している支持板に固着してなる磁気エンコーダ
において、前記保持ヨークが非磁性のステンレス
鋼で作成されていることを特徴とする磁気エンコ
ーダ。
