Claims (1)
- ステータとこのステータに対向して回転するロ
ータとを備え、このロータおよび前記ステータに
対向する位置に溝を形成し、この溝にコイルを内
設して電磁誘導的に結合されたロータリトランス
において、前記溝の内壁に高透磁率金属磁性層を
形成したことを特徴とするロータリトランス。
