Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate an adhesive tape supply system to aim at enhancing the productivity, by providing bonding surfaces discretely on a film to be wound, and by cutting the film in the bonding surfaces so that each cut film piece has bonding surfaces on both end parts thereof. CONSTITUTION:Through-apertures 5 are formed in a film 4 at intervals of a wind-up length, and bonding tapes 6 are applied to the film 4 so that the through-apertures 5 are covered therewith, thereby the film having bonding surfaces exposed at the back surface of the film 4 is prepared. Upon wind-up of the film, the film is cut at the substantially center of each bonding surface 7, and the cut end of the film piece which may be bonded to by means of the bonding tape 6, is bonded to a bobbin 8 and is then cut to a winding length, that is, at the substantially center of the next bonding surface 7. Accordingly, the latter 7 is divided into two parts, one being applied to the rear end of the cut film piece 4 having the forward end bonded to the bobbin 8 and the other one being applied to the front end of the next film piece to be wound. Therefore, the film piece 4 bonded to the bobbin 8 at the forward end is wound up to form a film layer, and then the rear end of the film piece 4 is bonded to the film layer to complete the wind-up of the film piece.

2. Description of the Related Art In the conventional film winding method, when winding film 1 around bobbin 2 as shown in FIGS. Cut the film 1 to the required size, wrap the film 1 around the bobbin 2 to form a film layer, and wrap the end of the film 1 again with the adhesive tape 3.
For one film layer formation, adhesive tape 3 had to be supplied and bonded at two locations, the leading edge and the trailing edge of the film 1.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In conventional methods, in film winding, in addition to film supply 1 positioning and cutting as a film supply system, adhesive tape supply 1 positioning, cutting, and adhesion as an adhesive tape supply system. The process is required twice, at the leading edge and the trailing edge of the film. In addition, in automatic machines, two supply systems for film and adhesive tape are required for one bobbin, and if multiple series are used, two supply systems must be provided for each series, which reduces productivity. 1. It had the disadvantage of poor economic efficiency.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the film winding method of the present invention provides a film winding process for winding a wire-wound product in which winding is performed on a film wound around a bobbin. A discontinuous adhesive surface is provided on the film, the film is cut within the adhesive surface, and each film has an adhesive surface at both ends,
One end of the film is adhered to a bobbin, then several turns of the film are formed on the bobbin, and the other end of the film is adhered to the formed film.

EXAMPLE An example of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1A and B, punch holes 6 are provided on the film 4 at intervals of the winding length, and the adhesive tape 6 is glued from the front side so as to cover the punch holes 6, so that the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape is on the back side. Prepare the film 4 gold. In film winding, the film 4 is cut near the center of the adhesive surface 7 and the tip of the film 4 can be adhered with the adhesive tape 6, and is then adhered to the bobbin 8. Cut near the center of the adhesive surface 7. Then, the adhesive surface 7 is separated into the terminal end of the film 4 to which the leading end is adhered and the leading end of the film 4 to be wound next.
