[Detailed Description of the Invention] 3. Detailed Description of the Invention [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention is extremely efficient in transportation and construction, has relatively good rain protection, and is superior in strength. It relates to a panel material that can be made into an outer enclosure.゛ [Prior Art and its Problems] Metal construction boards have conventionally been used to constitute the outer walls of houses, factories, and the like. These architectural boards are fixed to structural materials such as the main building and rim of the structure to form the outer enclosure, but as the surface area of the outer enclosure becomes larger, a larger number of architectural boards are required. Therefore, it takes a lot of effort and time to fix these many building boards to the structural material.

問題点があった。
Furthermore, in places where the enclosure is difficult to work with, such as on a roof with a large slope or a high position, or on a wall, when constructing the enclosure with construction boards, it is necessary to place the enclosure on the structural material in an orderly and accurate manner. In order to install them side by side or to connect the architectural boards to each other in an orderly manner, a worker with F8 training was required, which led to the problem of high construction costs.

Therefore, as a result of extensive research to solve the above problems, the inventor has devised the present invention by constructing a rectangular frame using metal supporting materials, and forming side portions downward from both sides of the main plate. A fitted stepped part is formed at the middle part of the side part so that the lower side of the side part bulges inward, a bottom part is formed outward from the lower end of the side part, and the outer end of this bottom part A plurality of construction boards each having a raised part are placed side by side on the surface of the frame so that the raised part of the outermost reconstruction board and the side of the frame are approximately on the same plane. The bottoms of each are fixed using a fixing tool, legs are formed on both sides of the top surface, and a fitting step is formed in the middle of the legs so that the lower side of the legs bulges outward. The cap material
By inserting the panel material between the sides of adjacent construction boards, fitting the mating step into the mating step, and fixing the interior decorative board to the back of the frame, the outer enclosure The above-mentioned problems have been solved, as construction can be carried out efficiently, transport and construction can be extremely efficient, the enclosure has relatively good rain protection, and has excellent strength. .

The width direction of the frame body A is formed to have a length that is an integral multiple of the width direction of the building board B. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, if the width of the construction board B is L, the widthwise dimension of the frame A is determined so that it becomes n-L, which is obtained by multiplying L by an integer n. There is. This specific multiple is determined in consideration of the construction site, strength, price, etc. A reinforcing material 2 having the same shape as the supporting material 1 or having an appropriate shape may be provided inside the frame A (see the dashed line in FIG. 1).

In the present invention, a rectangular frame A is constructed of a metal support 1, and side parts 5, 5 are formed below both sides of the main plate 4, and the lower side of these side parts 5, 5 is inward. Step portions 6, 6 to be fitted are formed in the middle of the side portions 5.5 so as to bulge out, and bottom portions 7, 7 are formed outwardly from the lower ends of the side portions 5, 5, and the bottom portions 71, A plurality of architectural boards B, B, ... each having a rising portion 8.8 formed from the outer end of the frame body A are installed on the surface of the frame A, and both of the outermost building boards B, The bottom portions 7 are fixed using fixing tools 10 so that the rising portions 8.8 and the side portions of the frame A are substantially on the same plane, and leg portions 12.12 are formed on both sides of the top surface portion 11. Then, the camping material C, which has a fitting step 13 formed in the middle of the leg 12 so that the lower side of the leg 12 bulges outward, is attached to the side 5 of the adjacent building board A.
, 5, and the mating stepped portion 13.13 is inserted between the mated stepped portion 6.
Firstly, by using the panel material of the present invention, the outer envelope and its interior can be simultaneously installed. It can be constructed easily and quickly, secondly, it can be transported and stored efficiently, and thirdly, it can be kept out of the rain relatively well.

To explain these effects in detail, the present invention provides a plurality of building boards B, B,... on a frame body A, and a cap material C is fitted between these adjacent building boards 8.8. By fixing the interior decorative board 14 to the back side of the frame A, by attaching the panel material to the cross beam of the structure, you can install the architectural boards B and H and the interior decorative board 14 at the same time. Installation can be done at the same time. That is, the exterior, such as the roof, and the interior, such as the ceiling, can be constructed at the same time.

Next, in the present invention, since the construction board B, the camping material C1, and the interior decorative board 14 are attached to the frame body A all together, it is easy to store it at the factory, provided that it is integrated. That is, when the construction board B, the cap material C1, the interior decorative board 14, the fixing tool 10, etc. are individually transported from the factory to the site,
Not only handling but also loading and unloading is extremely troublesome, and there is also the problem that small parts such as the fasteners 10 may be lost during storage. By arranging the main parts in A, it is possible to prevent the loss of parts and improve the efficiency of storage.

Next, at the fitting parts of the adjacent building boards B and B on the panel material, by fitting the camping material C, it is possible to prevent most of the rainwater from entering to a certain extent, and a small amount Even if rainwater enters between the sides 5, 5 of the building board B and the legs 12.12 of the cap material C, the bottom 7 of the building board B will be flooded from the lower end of the side 5.5. Since a rising part 8 is formed from the outer end of the bottom part 7, the rainwater that has entered can be prevented from further entering the room through the rising part 8. A gutter-like part is formed with the shaped part 8, and there are 10 fixing devices in this gutter-like part, which serve as a gutter. Rainwater that has entered through the legs 12, 12 of the Yap wood C can be easily drained to the outside, and the panel material can be relatively well protected from rain.

In addition, since the upright portions 8.8 of both building boards B and B at the outermost ends of the panel material and the side portions facing the frame are approximately on the same plane, when these panel materials are installed together, The upright portions 8, 8 of the panel materials can be brought into contact with each other, and the camping material C can be connected between them, and the construction board B between the panel materials can also be connected at this connection point.

Moreover, the architectural board B and the frame A reinforced in this way act synergistically to improve the strength of each other, and the overall strength of the panel material can be improved.

(1) Construct a rectangular frame with metal support material, form side parts below both sides of the main plate, and place the middle part of the side parts so that the lower side of the sides bulges inward. A plurality of construction boards are provided on the surface of the frame body, each of which has a stepped part to be fitted, a bottom part formed outward from the lower end of the side thereof, and a rising part formed from the outer end of the bottom part, The rising portions of both of the outermost construction boards and the side portions of the frame are on the same plane, and the bottom portions of each are fixed using a fixing tool to form legs on both sides of the top surface. Then, a cap material with a fitting step formed in the middle of the leg so that the lower side of the leg bulges outward is inserted between the sides of adjacent construction boards, and the fitting step is inserted between the sides of the adjacent construction boards. A panel material that is fitted into a stepped part to be fitted, and has an interior decorative board fixed to the back side of the frame.
