【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、有毒な重金属を含有する各種ダスト汚泥、ス
ラッヂよりの重金属溶出を固定化する薬剤の製造法に関
するものである。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for producing a drug that immobilizes heavy metals eluted from various types of dust sludge and sludge containing toxic heavy metals.
上記ダスト、汚泥、スラッヂ中には総水銀、鉛、カドニ
ュウム、砒素、亜鉛5マンガン、銅などの重金属が含ま
れている。そのためこれ等の梗棄にはセメント系固化材
による固化処理が行われているのが現状である。しかし
ながらこれらの重金属を「有害な産業廃棄物に係る判定
基亭を定める総理府令Jによって基準値以下に固定させ
ることは費用手数は無視出来ないものがあり特に容積の
増大は今後の埋立地の確保等にますます厳しい対処が求
められてくる。スセメント固化による最大の欠点として

そこで本発明は処理物の容積を最小限圧縮させ含有重金
属を科学的に封鎖し再溶出を防止するものである。以下

を加え混練を行い次いで苛性ソーダ−、ジエチルジチル
カルバミンソーダー、硫化ソーダー、水を加え攪拌し最
後にチオ硫酸ソーダー加え1時間攪拌する上記の各組成
の配合率は下記の通り

〜10%の範囲で添加し充分(約1o分間)混練するこ

尚含有重金属が多量に含有されEる場合は上記組成液に
対し数%のポルトランドセメントを添加すれば組成液の
