Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of metal chelating agents, in particular to an efficient fly ash chelating agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The garbage incineration can generate fly ash while realizing reduction treatment of the domestic garbage. The fly ash from the incineration of the household garbage has complex components, and the main pollutants are heavy metals with high leaching toxicity, which have serious harm to the environment. Heavy metals are continuously migrated and transformed in the environment, and polluted soil and water environments cannot be eliminated through self purification, and cannot be decomposed by microorganisms and can be enriched through a biological chain, so that pollutants in the fly ash are lost into the environment due to improper treatment of the fly ash, and serious harm is caused to human health and natural environment. Through detection, the fly ash from the incineration of the household garbage contains heavy metals with high leaching concentration, such as Pb, Cr, Cd, Cu, Hg, Zn and the like. Therefore, fly ash is a hazardous waste that requires significant control in all countries of the world.
At present, the main technical methods for treating fly ash in the domestic waste incineration industry are mainly three, one is to adopt a cement curing technology to cure heavy metals, and the heavy metals react with hydrated cement through ion exchange, passivation, adsorption, chemical adsorption, sedimentation, and finally form more stable compounds such as hydroxide or complex compounds on the surface of hydrated silicate colloid C-H-S of the cement, but the method has the defects of weak integration capability, poor stability, weak adaptability to different types of fly ash, large capacity increment of the fly ash and large volume increment of landfill; secondly, a melting solidification method, which is the most safe and stable incineration fly ash stabilization/solidification technology recognized at present, mainly comprises the steps of mixing incineration fly ash and vitreous powder, granulating, molding, and melting for a period of time at the high temperature of 1000-1400 ℃, but the method has the defect of high energy consumption; thirdly, chemical agent stabilizing method, the chemical agent converts its ion into low solubility, low mobility macromolecule complex or inorganic mineral substance through chemical reaction with heavy metal, the core lies in the selection of chemical integrating agent, especially the selectivity of chemical agent to main pollution heavy metal ion, and the stability of generated complex, especially the leachability to acid solution; in the related technology, a chemical agent stabilization method is adopted, the adopted chelating agent is mostly a DTC chelating agent (dithiocarbamate is DTC for short), the chelating agent belongs to a non-high molecular compound, the unit molecular weight contains few complexing centers, and the leachable concentration of a complex generated by the chelating agent and heavy metal is high. Therefore, there is a need to provide a new process to solve the above technical problems.
