業の捕獲性は極めて、不安定である。 The factors that this fence net has to intimidate migratory fish schools include the attractiveness and visibility created by the contrast and brightness difference between the hue and brightness of the net itself and the underwater background in which the net is spread. Color elements, tactile elements such as changes in water pressure created by the turbulence of currents as they flow across the fence, and vibrations or rubbing of the net fabric due to added resistance such as waves and currents. This is achieved by the interaction of acoustic elements such as vibration sounds and contact sounds, projections created from the mesh and diameter of the mesh, and optical elements such as the shine or reflection of the mesh itself. Another factor is thought to be that the net fabric is expanded into a predetermined shape under the sea, that is, it maintains a good net structure. By the way, the current raw yarn for fence netting is a strand-like yarn made of synthetic fiber monofilament or multifilament twisted to a desired thickness for knotless knitting, and knotted yarn is also available for knotless knitting. For knitting, the strand-like material is further twisted with 2 to 4 strands to form a rope shape, but these threads for fencing not only have a circular cross-sectional shape that can be made of any material. Since it is made of polymeric substances, it has poor bulkiness, and strands made by twisting these materials or ropes made by twisting these strands together tend to bunch up and become very thin.
In addition, since the cross-sectional shape is formed into a substantially circular shape by twisting or plying, there are advantages such as good knitting workability of the net fabric, and low tidal flow resistance when using the net fabric, resulting in less blowing of the net fabric. However, no consideration has been given to intimidation and guidance to migratory fish schools, and as a result, schools of fish that encounter the nets are forced to escape and escape, and the catchability of fixed fishing is still low. is extremely unstable.

用化がなされていなかつた。 For this reason, in recent years there has been a need to reconsider the materials and composition of fence nets, which are the first barrier to capturing schools of migratory fish. Although it has been proposed to flatten the rope (rope), it has not been put to practical use until now.

備せぬものである。 In other words, regarding the flattening of the leg nets (net ropes) of fence nets, a prior application was made in Utility Model Publication No. 47-41661, in which multiple bundles of synthetic fibers and wire were separated and inserted horizontally into a synthetic resin tube. However, there has been disclosed a fence net made by knitting a flat string made by integrally crimping the circumferential surfaces of the tubes of synthetic fibers and wire in the part where the bundle does not exist, but such a flat string has extremely high rigidity and hardness, making it difficult to machine knit it. Not only is it completely impossible to do this, but even if the knitting is done by hand, the knots will not be fastened enough, and when used, the flat string will not work properly when tidal resistance is added due to its rigidity and hardness. Not only does it not twist and cause blowing, but it also has many problems, such as the bulk of the net fabric and extremely poor workability when raising the net, making it completely impractical. be.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the proposed product, and Fig. 2 is an explanatory cross-sectional view of the same. , Figure 3 is a diagram of how the fence net knitted from this product is used, in which the warp threads 1 are made of synthetic fiber multi-filament fibers, and the simple threads are used to provide ease of twisting, flexibility, or flexibility in the warp direction. Use relatively fine yarn with a yarn fineness of 20 denier or less. The fineness of the entire mulch made of fine-grained yarns is unsuitable in order to make the weaving surface as tight and smooth as possible, and from the viewpoint of weavability and cost, it is not suitable. Since fine-grained materials are disadvantageous, materials in the range of 100 to 3000 deniers are selected. The weft yarn 2 is made of synthetic fiber monofilament, and the monofilament is used to provide a moderate stiffness in order to give the woven fabric shape retention in the weft direction, so-called weave width direction, and to provide the edges 3A and 3B of the narrow fabric. It is desired from the viewpoint of preventing wear and tear, and its fineness is 100% from the viewpoint of weavability and cost.
It is selected in the range of ~3000 denier.

What is particularly important is that each of the warp threads 1 and weft threads 2 should be woven at a weaving density of at least 20 or more threads per inch interval, so that care should be taken not to form weaving gaps between the warp threads 1 and weft threads 2 on the fabric surface. be. The width of the narrow cloth 4 is woven in the range of 3 to 30 mm, and if the width is less than 3 mm, the flatness property will hardly be exhibited even when knitted into a fence. Moreover, if it is 30 mm or more, it is not only limited by the machine knitting aspect, but also is not necessary as it can only be used as a part of the shoulder net.

The precipitated wire material 5 may be made of any material as long as the specific gravity can be adjusted, such as lead wire, metal wire, high specific gravity synthetic fiber, etc. However, in order not to impair the smoothness of the outer surface of the fabric, the diameter of the wire should be large. 1mmφ or less, preferably
A sunken wire rod 5 with a diameter of 0.6 mm or less is suitable. Incidentally, a required number of the precipitated wire rods 5 are inserted at the same time when the diameter of the warp threads 1 is adjusted during weaving.

した垣網用原糸といえる。 The present invention has the above-mentioned structure, in which the warp 1 is made of synthetic fiber multifilament whose single fiber fineness is 20 denier or less and whose overall fineness is 100 to 3000 denier, and the weft 2 is a synthetic fiber multifilament. It is made of synthetic fiber monofilament with a fineness of 100 to 3000 deniers, and is woven into a narrow fabric 4 with a weave width of 3 to 30 mm, which has excellent warp flexibility and flexibility, making it easy to machine knit. Not only can this be done efficiently, but the knitted fence net is not bulky, so fishing operations such as raising the net are extremely easy.
As A and 3B are woven and covered with synthetic fiber monofilament, the abrasion resistance is significantly improved. Even when the current resistance increases, such as during sudden tides, the waist of the weft yarns 2 maintains the shape of the narrow fabric 4 and easily twists to alleviate the current resistance. Not only is the network well maintained, but even in normal tidal currents, the flat narrow fabric 4 is susceptible to tidal current resistance, so it constantly vibrates and flows, causing changes in water pressure, rubbing sounds, etc. The intimidation and guidance effect can be expected to be extremely large. Furthermore, since the narrow fabric 4 has a weaving density of 20 or more warps 1 and wefts 2 per inch interval, the outer surface of the narrow fabric 4 is smooth, and the warp 1 and weft 2 are closely formed. Since there is no weaving gap in 2, the fence net made by knitting this product has less adhesion of silica and shellfish even when used for a long period of time, and its root expansion and growth is suppressed, so the work of drying the net is greatly reduced. The effect of reducing costs and labor is enormous. Furthermore, in the present invention, since the sinking wire material 5 for adjusting the specific gravity is interwoven and inserted in the longitudinal direction of the central part of the narrow cloth fabric 4, the twisting action of the narrow cloth fabric 4 due to resistance to tidal current is not impaired at all. Moreover, even if the sunken wire material 5 is cut during use, it is woven in a state where it is held down by the weft threads 2, so it is prevented from protruding and causing entanglement and damage to the fabric, etc. It can be said to be a raw thread for fence netting with special features.
