Abstract

PURPOSE:To arrange engagement member in a groove of molded product securely and bond the same with the molded product integrally by using a molding tool with a groove in which a second engagement component with loops, engaging hooks of a first engagement component with the same and then guiding raw material for molded product into the mold to form up a molded product. CONSTITUTION:An engagement component 3 with loops is placed in a groove 2 of a molded product 1 with the face with loops on the top, and is fixed on a molding tool firmly with adhesive coated on the bottom of the groove beforehand. Then, the face of a first engagement member with hooks is placed in the groove facing the mold surface, and is engaged with the surface of the second engagement component. The raw liquid of polyurethane foaming agent is injected into the molded product and covered with a cap, being kept as it is for 20min under a normal temperature. Then the cover is removed, and after keeping as it is for 15min, the foaming agent is taken out. The engagement member on the molded product is in a fixed position and does not slip away or off during manufacturing. When the molded product is released from the mold, the same disengages with a light strength and the first engagement member bonded to the molded product never comes off.

(Prior Art) Hook-and-loop fasteners are widely used as engaging members for joining fiber fabrics and other various articles. One example is one in which an engaging member is integrally attached to a seat cushion made of foamed synthetic resin for the purpose of covering and fixing a skin material to the seat cushion. Methods for joining the engaging member to the surface of the molded body such as the seat cushion include a method of attaching the engaging member to the surface of the molded body with an adhesive as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 57-20257, 57-12947
As in Publication No. 2, a needle is implanted on the surface of the mold, an engaging member is inserted into the needle and fixed in the groove of the mold, fcb, and a fixing member having a substantially T-shaped cross section is engaged by fitting into the groove. There is a method of fixing the part to the mold surface. Furthermore, JP-A-60-179003 discloses a method in which a thin metal sheet is held within the engaging member, and a magnet is provided at the bottom of the groove of the mold to fix the engaging member within the groove using magnetic attraction force. There is.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the above two known techniques, the durability is poor when sticking with an adhesive, and the work is troublesome when sticking with a mold needle, and the position of the engaging member cannot be adjusted. There is a problem in that it is difficult to make adjustments. On the other hand, the method of fixing the engaging member using magnetic attraction is excellent because it does not have the above problems, but there is a problem that the use of magnets and metal sheets increases the amount of manufacturing time. .

(Means for solving the problem) That is, the present invention has a groove or a recess in which a first engaging member having a hook body is installed, and the bottom surface of the branch groove or the recess is covered with fibers almost uniformly or partially. A loop body is arranged, and the loop body has a loop density of 60 to 350 loops formed from a single fiber based on the total area of the bottom surface of the groove or recess, and the loop body has a loop density of 60 to 350 pieces, 41 and
Using a mold in which a second engaging member having a loop body having a width of 10 to 80 f/cm is provided in a branch groove or a recess, the hook of the first engaging member is removed. The first engaging member is fixed to the branch groove or recess of the mold by engaging with the loop body of the second engaging member, and then the molded body raw material is introduced into the mold to mold the molded body. This is a method for manufacturing a molded body with an engaging member. The first engaging member used in the present invention is a member that is integrally joined to the molded body, and is used to coat the surface of the molded body with a skin material such as fiber cloth and engage it with the engaging member. It is desirable that the first engagement member is provided with a hook body.

The engaging member having a hook body may be of any type used as a hook-and-loop fastener, such as a hook-shaped hook-and-loop fastener made of synthetic fiber filaments such as nylon or polyester woven into a hook shape, or a mushroom-shaped hook-and-loop fastener in place of the hook body. These include a mushroom-shaped hook-and-loop fastener in which a mating element is woven, and a hook-and-loop fastener in which the hook body or the mushroom-shaped engagement element is integrally molded with a synthetic resin. As a specific example, a tape having a hook body of a hook-and-loop fastener known as Velcro tape (registered trademark) can be used. Although these hook-and-loop fasteners are essential elements of the first engaging member in the present invention, various members can be added in addition to the hook-and-loop fastener depending on the purpose. For example, on the back side of the hook-and-loop fastener, that is, the side that does not have an engaging element, a fiber base fabric (coarse woven fabric, non-woven fabric, etc.) with gaps that can be impregnated with synthetic resin or locking material is used to strengthen the bonding with the molded object. Base fabrics or molded bodies having protrusions for this purpose can be laminated.

In the present invention, as a method for installing the first engaging member having such a structure in a mold, the engaging member is placed in a special groove or recess provided in the mold. The branch grooves or recesses can be formed by carving the mold surface or by creating a bank-like frame on the mold surface. In either configuration, since the depth of the groove or recess is not large, the position cannot be fixed simply by housing the engaging member in the groove or recess, and the engaging member may shift from the groove or recess when the raw material for the molded body is supplied. You will end up doing something out of line.

In the present invention, the second engaging member is provided on the bottom surface of the branch groove or the recess, and the position of the first engaging member is fixed by resting the first engaging member. Since the second engaging member is simply provided on the bottom surface of the groove or recess, there is no need to insert fixation needles each time using conventional magnets or metal plates, which improves efficiency and reduces manufacturing costs. The reduction is very large.

The second engaging member used in the present invention must have a loop body in order to engage with the hook body of the first engaging member. The second engaging member is installed on the bottom surface of the groove or recess in the mold so that the loop body faces the top surface, and the hook body of the first engaging member is engaged with the loop body, and the hook body of the first engaging member is engaged with the second engaging member. The engaging member is installed and fixed in the branch groove or recess. The second engagement member is used until the molded body is introduced into the mold and the molding reaction of the molded body is completed.
It is necessary that it is fixed in the branch groove or recess and does not move;
When taking out the molded body after the molding reaction is completed, it is necessary that the engagement with the second engaging member can be easily disengaged, and the molded body to which the first engaging member has been joined can be taken out smoothly. It is. By the way, so-called hook-and-loop fasteners that engage a loop body and a hook body have traditionally been required to have as strong an engagement force as possible, but rather have not been considered for use that requires a weak engagement force. Ta. In the present invention, as mentioned above, it is preferable that the engagement force between the first and second engagement members is rather low, and the engagement force that is high is the reason for the failure of the bond between the molded body and the first engagement member. This causes problems such as making it difficult to remove the molded product from the mold. From this point of view, it is conceivable to reduce the number of hook bodies and loop bodies in the first and second engaging members used in the present invention to weaken their engagement force. However, in the present invention, the obtained molded body is used with its surface covered with a fiber cover, and in this case, it is desirable that the engagement force between the first engaging member joined to the molded body and the fiber cover be as large as possible. Therefore, it is not possible to reduce the number of hook bodies of the first engaging member, and it is necessary to use a hook body equivalent to a conventional hook-and-loop fan. Therefore, it has become necessary to achieve the above objective by providing the second engaging member with a special structure without taking any means to weaken the engaging force of the first engaging member. In the present invention, the second engaging member has a loop body on one side, and for example, a tape having a structure similar to that of a hook-and-loop tape known as Velcro tape (registered trademark) having a loop body can be used. . The loop body is usually composed of a yarn yarn made by combining multiple thin single fibers, but the engagement with the hook body tends to occur with the entire yarn yarn, but in many cases it occurs between the single fiber loops. It is accurate to define the density of the loop body for loops formed of single fibers. For the purpose of the present invention, the second engaging member must have a density of 60 to 350 loops/cj, preferably 60 to 200 loops/cj. If it is out of this range, the engagement force with the first engagement member is too weak, or it is appropriate that the engagement force is greater than the intended engagement force.

This arrangement will be explained with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, a groove 2 is formed at the bottom of the mold l, and a second engaging member 3 is provided on the entire bottom surface of the groove, and the arrangement of the loop bodies is almost uniform. Fig. 2 is an enlarged view of the recess 1 part 2 in the mold, and shows that the second engaging member 3 is provided around the bottom of the recess 2, and the loop body is only partially arranged. It is.

One of the precautions to be taken with the engaging member in the present invention is to prevent the molded body raw material from flowing into the groove or the recess and filling the first or second engaging member. When the hook body or loop body of the engaging member is filled with resin, during subsequent use,
This should be avoided since it impairs the function of the engaging member.

For this purpose, a portion without a hook body is provided at the periphery of the first engaging member, and the periphery covers and seals the periphery of the groove or recess so that the raw material of the molded body can be inserted into the groove or recess. prevent it from flowing into the As shown in FIG. 2, when the second engaging member is provided on the four circumferential parts of the bottom of the groove or recess and is engaged with the first engaging member, the engagement of the four circumferential parts is strong, so the sealing It is advantageous for stopping. The partial arrangement of the second engaging member includes four circumferences, two layers,
It can be arranged in a variety of ways, such as in the periphery and in the middle.

When the second engaging member is partially disposed in the groove or recess, the loop density is not based on the area of the engaging member where the loop body exists, but is based on the entire bottom surface area of the groove or recess. It is the value obtained by dividing the number of loops present in the entire engaging member by the total area of the bottom surface.

The second engaging member is installed in the above structure, the first engaging member is engaged, and the peel strength measured by the following measurement method is lθ~
It is necessary to have a width of 80 f/cm, and preferably a width of 10 to 459/11. If the peel strength is outside this range, the engagement force between the first and second engagement members will be too weak or too strong, which is inappropriate. When the second engaging member is partially disposed, it is engaged with the first engaging member while maintaining its structure and the peel strength is measured.

Example: A fastener member in which a nonwoven fabric made of polyester fibers is laminated on the back side of a hook-and-loop fastener (Magic Tape (registered trademark) manufactured by Rare Co., Ltd.) having a large number of hook elements, and the periphery of the nonwoven fabric is ultrasonically welded is attached to the first fastener member. Prepared as a joining part. Separately, fiber loop bodies are arranged almost uniformly on the surface of the base fabric, and the loop bodies have a loop density of 180/180 loops formed of single lj& fibers.
A second engaging member having a loop body having a peel strength of 3017ex and a width of 3017 ex was prepared. The second engaging member was placed in the groove of the mold shown in FIG. 1 with the surface with the loop body facing upward, and firmly fixed to the mold with an adhesive applied to the bottom of the groove in advance. Subsequently, the surface of the hook body of the first engaging member was accommodated in the groove of the mold with the surface of the hook in contact with the mold surface, and was engaged with the surface of the second engaging member. The loop body of the second engaging member and the first engaging member can be arranged so as to well seal the periphery of the groove. )

Since the first engaging member well sealed the peripheral edge of the groove, the foam stock solution did not flow into the groove and fill the hook body of the first engaging member. When this foam molded body is covered with a skin material having a large number of fiber loop bodies on the back side and pressed, the hook body of the engaging member and the loop body of the skin material engage, and the skin material is fixed onto the molded body. It could be used as a cushion. Even when the peeling engagement between the skin material and the molded body was repeated, the engaging member did not peel off from the molded body.

Comparative Example 1 Same as Example 1 using a second engaging member having loop bodies uniformly arranged and having a loop density of 400 pieces h1 and a peeling strength of 240 y/cR width from the first engaging member. Urethane molding was performed. After molding, when the molded body was taken out from the mold, the peel strength of the first and second engaging members was so strong that it took more than 10 seconds and the molded body could not be taken out smoothly. Furthermore, the bond between the molded body and the first engaging member may be broken.
