【図面の簡単な説明】
図面は本考案の一実施例装置を付設した振動篩
機を示し、第１図は篩機の正面図であり、第２図
は第１図に示された篩機の側面図であり、第２Ａ
図は上記篩機の篩が操作中に行なう軌道運動を概
略的に示し、第３図はいくつかの部分を省略した
第１図に示された篩機の一部を省略した断面図で
ある。 １０は篩機、１１は起動ユニツト、１２は篩バ
スケツト、１３は篩スクリーン、１４は振動駆動
ユニツト、１２Ａは第１フレームにおける板材で
、バスケツト１２の側壁を兼ねるもの、１５は第
２フレーム、１６はゴムパツド（弾性メンバー）
、２３は沈泥除去用円錐器（サイクロン分分離器
）、２７はシユート、５０は駆動モータ、５１は
回転体、５１Ａ，５１Ｂは回転体の端部、５５，
５５Ａは第１フレーム、５５０，５５０Ａは円筒
状ケーシング、５６，５６Ａは偏心荷重、５７，
５７Ａはベアリング、６７は重錐、１２０はチユ
ーブ状ケーシング。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 偏心荷重を負荷された回転体と、前記回転
    体をベアリングを介して実質上水平軸線まわりに
    回転可能に支持していて被振動メンバーを支持で
    きる第１フレームと、前記第１フレームに支持さ
    れて前記回転体に直接的に駆動連結された駆動モ
    ータと、前記被振動メンバーにほぼ楕円形の振動
    を与えるように前記第１フレームを弾性メンバー
    を介して下から支持する第２フレームとを備えた
    ことを特徴とする振動駆動ユニツト。 (2) 前記回転体がシヤフト形状をしていて該シ
    ヤフトの両端部のそれぞれに偏心重錘が固定され
    て偏心荷重が負荷されており、前記第１フレーム
    が該シヤフトの各端部に対しそれぞれ備えられて
    いて前記被振動メンバーが該両第１フレームの間
    に支持されるようになつており、前記駆動モータ
    は該第１フレームの各方に支持されている実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の振動駆動ユニツト
    。 (3) 前記両第１フレームのうち前記駆動モータ
    を支持していない方の第１のフレームが該モータ
    の重量につり合う重錘を備えている実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第２項記載の振動駆動ユニツト。 (4) 前記駆動モータが流体圧作動式モータであ
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第２項または
    第３項記載の振動駆動ユニツト。 (5) 前記被振動メンバーが振動搬送メンバーで
    ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第４項の
    いずれかに記載の振動駆動ユニツト。 (6) 前記被振動メンバーが、篩メンバーである
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第４項のいず
    れかに記載の振動駆動ユニツト。 (7) 前記被振動メンバーが篩スクリーンであり
    、該篩スクリーンを底部とし、前記第１フレーム
    の一部を側壁とする篩バスケツトが形成されるよ
    うになつているとともに前記シヤフトが前記スク
    リーンの上方に延びるようになつている実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第２項、第３項または第４項記載
    の振動駆動ユニツト。 (8) 前記第１フレームが、前記シヤフトを囲繞
    するチユーブ状ケーシングを備えている実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第７項記載の振動駆動ユニツト。
