脚部５ｂを押圧挿通して芯板１とダイアフラム膜
２とを係着せしめてなることを特徴とする膜式フ

ｂを有する固定具５の該膨出脚部５ｂを押圧挿通
して芯板１とダイアフラム膜２とを係着せしめて
