設け、周縁にシール部を形成した弾性材よりなる

アフラム膜のシール部の相互の対応する個所に有
底状の蟻穴又は蟻溝を設け、該蟻穴又は蟻溝に両
端膨出状の固定具を嵌着して芯板にダイアフラム
