〔産業上の利用分野〕
この発明は、ヒラタケ(人工しめじ)、シイタケ、エノ
キタケ、ナメコなどの食用キノコを栽培する培養基に関

培方法として、原木によるホダ木栽培に代ってオガクズ
と米糠とを混合した培養基を使ったビン栽培が普及して
きている。この方法は、栽培技術が比較的容易であり、
種菌摂取から収穫までの期間が比較的短く、簡単な設備

(実験l)
試験管にオガクズと米糠を容量比で4:1の割合で混合
したものを標準培養基とし、この標準培養基のオガクズ
を、容量でその30%、50%、100%をゼオライト
で置換し、栄養菌糸生長に及ぼす影響を調べた。その結
果を表1に示す。なお、培養基の水分はいずれも60%
とし、1.2気圧のオートクレーブで30分間培養基を
滅菌した後、23℃の恒温器内で培養を行なった。また
、菌糸の伸長量は、試験管につめた培養基の上面に種菌
を接種し、キノコ菌糸が下向きに伸長した長さを培養後

容積200m lのガラスビンに、水分を60%に調製
した培養基を140g詰め、オートクレーブ(1,2気

で菌糸を培養し、その後、ガラスビン全体に菌がまわっ
たところで、菌かさ、散水を行なって、13℃の低温に
移動させ、子実体(キノコ)の形成をまった。その結果
