播種機を提供するものである。

移植する場合欠株となる。このため多数の播種装
置が発表されているが、大別すると、播種板を使
用し人手により播種する方法と、回転播種ドラム
又は真空播種機等により播種する方法になるが、
前者は板上に穿つた孔内に種子を入れ常に人目で
監視しながら播種するので精度が極めて高い特徴
がある。然し作業は人手による関係上極めて非能
率的な方法となる。これに対し後者は連続播種で
きるので能率的な利点はあるが播種精度が劣る欠
点がある。

板を張設し、該播種板の側方には両側に上段の機
枠にそつて移動できる種子誘導枠を設け、該種子
誘導枠は播種板を上下に挾んで上方には刷子を横
架し、刷子間に種子収納室を挾んで両側に調整室
を構成させ、下方には両側誘導枠を結ぶ種子押え
板を固定し、前記播種板の下面に摺接させ、前記
下段の前後機枠間には育苗容器搬送路と、育苗容
器停止板を横架さす装置とし、前記刷子で構成せ
られた室内に種子を入れ誘導枠を移動させ、下段
の機枠に支持せられた育苗容器内に播種する構成
とすることにより解決した。

う設けてある。一対の上部機枠1,1には外側に
種子誘導枠6を配し、各誘導枠6には上下対をな
す2組の誘導ローラ7,7…を設け軸8,8…に
て回転可能に取付ける。そして各対のローラ7,
7は上下に上段機枠1の縁を挾持させ誘導枠6を
上段機枠1に副い左右移動可能としている。又誘
導枠6の上端には複数個の刷子止め具9,9…を
設け、反対側誘導枠6との間に刷子10を上下方
向に取付ボルト11で固定する。刷子10は金
属、木、又はプラスチツクで作られた横杆10−
aと樹脂製繊維で作られた刷毛10−bよりな
り、刷毛10−bの長さは通常30〜60mmである。
又刷子止め具9,9の数は通常4〜6個であり、
従つて刷子10によつて区切られた室12,12
は3〜5個である。そして中央の室は種子収納室
12−aとしその左右の室は種子調整室12−b
とするものである。又刷毛10−bの先端は常時
播種板4の上面に接する如くしてある。従つて前
記誘導枠6の左右動により中央の室12−aに種
子を入れると、種子は播種板4の播種孔5に入る
が調整室12−bには殆んど漏出しない。従つて
調整室12−bの様子をみれば種子の充填状況が
判明するので情況に応じ調整室12−bに少量の
種子を補給してやる。又種子収納室12−aより
漏洩が多い場合には余分の種子を取除いてやる。
