低く剥離を生ずるおそれがある。さらに、縦枠用
成形品1、横枠用成形品2がアルミニウムを使用
して製作されている場合には、縦枠用成形品1と
横枠用成形品2との突き合わせ端面を低温溶接し
て、サツシユのコーナ部を接続する方法が使用さ
れているが、溶接によつてサツシユのコーナ部表
面が変色するため、溶接後に表面仕上げを行なわ
なければならず、接続方法が面倒であると共に、
加熱による歪も生じ易い。

り、本発明の構成は、縦枠用、横枠用としてアル
ミニウムあるいは合成樹脂によつて成形された一
対の縦枠用成形品と横枠用成形品の各端部を突き
合わせてサツシユのコーナ部を形成し、該サツシ
ユのコーナ部に鉄板等の磁性体によつて形成され
たコーナジヨイント部材を前記縦枠用成形品と横
枠用成形部とに渡つてまたがらせつつ当接すると
共に前記コーナジヨイント部材と前記サツシユの
コーナ部との間に熱硬化型の接着剤を介在させ、
前記コーナジヨイント部材を磁気加熱装置を使用
して加熱することによつて前記接着剤を加熱硬化
させ、前記サツシユのコーナ部を接続することを
特徴とするサツシユの接続方法である。

作されるもので、これを第4図ないし第8図を参

10を示すもので、アルミニウムあるいは合成樹
脂を使用して製作されるものである。この成形品

1を境にしてそれよりも外側にある部分が切除さ
れて突き合わせ端面が形成される。この成形品
9,10は、第5図に示す断面形状を有してお
り、符号13で示す側の面が一般に窓ガラス組み
込み側の面となるものであり、符号14で示す側
の面がサツシユ枠の外周面となるものである。こ
こでは、この成形品9,10には、外周面14の
側に、この成形品9,10が延びる方向に沿つて
延びる装着溝15が設けられている。縦枠用成形
品9と横枠用成形品10とは、第6図に示すよう
に、互いにその突き合わせ端面16,17を突き
合わせてサツシユのコーナ部18が形成されるも
のである。そこで、鉄板等の磁性体によつて製作
されたL字形状のコーナジヨイント部材19に接
着剤20を盛り付けて、縦枠用成形品9と横枠用
成形品10とに渡つてまたがらせつつその外周面
14にこのコーナジヨイント部材19を当接させ
て接着剤20を外周面14に密着させる。この接
着剤20には、ここでは、ガラス繊維にエポキシ
樹脂を含浸させたフイルム状のものが使用されて
いる。このものは、厚さがおよそ0.4mm程度のも
ので、加熱によつて硬化する性質を有している。
21,21は縦枠用成形品9、横枠用成形品10
の固定治具である。

部分に磁力発生コイル26が設けられている。第
8図はこの磁気加熱装置の回路図を示すもので、
27は高周波電源、28はスイツチであり、コー
ナジヨイント部材19をサツシユのコーナ部18
に圧接した後に、スイツチ28を閉成すると、コ
ーナジヨイント部材19に沿つて磁力線が生じ、
この磁力線の向きが交互に変化することからコー
ナジヨイント部材19に渦電流が生じてコーナジ
ヨイント部材19が加熱される、ここで、磁力発
生コイル26に生ずる磁力線の多くは、コーナジ
ヨイント部材19の透磁率が成形品9,10の透
磁率よりもはるかに大きいことからコーナジヨイ
ント部材19に沿つて流れ、コーナジヨイント部
材19のみが加熱されらこととなつて、接着剤2
0はこれによつて加熱硬化されることとなる。こ
の実施例による接続方法によれば、キユア温度
180℃、キユア時間3分の条件のもとで、引張剪
断強度170Kg/cm2のものを得ることができる。

後も剥離を生じ難く、しかも、コーナジヨイント
部材を使用しているので、サツシユのコーナ部の
精度も出し易い他、溶接方法の場合には生ずるガ
ス煙の発生がないために、溶接方法に較べて作業
環境が良好であるという効果を奏する。

体によつて形成されたコーナジヨイント部材を前
記縦枠用成形品と横枠用成形品とに渡つてまたが
らせつつ当接させると共に前記コーナジヨイント
部材と前記サツシユのコーナ部との間に熱硬化型
の接着剤を介在させ、前記コーナジヨイント部材
を磁気加熱装置を使用して加熱することによつて
前記接着剤を加熱硬化させ、前記サツシユのコー
ナ部を接続することを特徴とするサツシユの接続
方法。
