たがらせつつその外周面I4にこのコーナジョインj・
部材19を当接させて接着剤20を外周面14に密着さ
せる。この接着剤20には、ここでは、ガラス繊維にエ
ポキシ樹脂を′l″1′浸させたフィルム状のものが使
用されている。

ント部材19の透磁率が成形品9.1(+の透磁率より
もはるかに大きいことからコーナジヨイント部材19に
沿って流れ、コーナジョイン1〜部月19のみが加熱さ
れることとなって、接着剤20はこれによって加熱硬化
されることとなる。この実施例による接続方法によれば
、キュア温度180℃、キュア時間3分の条件のもとで
、引張剪断強度170kg / r:niのものを得る
ことができる。

ュのコーナ部の精度も出し易い他、溶接方法の場合には
生ずるガス煙の発生がないために、溶接方法に較べて作
業環境が良好であるという効果を奏する。
