せてコイル挿入用孔が不要となり、プリント基板に設け
るパターン銅箔の有効面積が増加することにより電子同

以上のように構成された電子同調チューナについて、そ
の動作を説明する。平面プリント基板1のパターン銅箔
5側において、コイルリード線4を半田付するために設
けたパターン銅箔5とパターン銅箔5の間に、熱硬化接
着剤8を塗布し、その上に角型コイル7を装着、固定し
、パターン銅箔5とコイルリード線4を半田6で半田付
を行ったものである。この構成により、コイルの底面が
平面化された角型コイル7であるため、平面なプリント
基板1上に装着させた場合、コイル、プリント基板とも
、相互に平面であるため、接触面積が大幅に増加するこ
とになり、コイルの安定化が図れることになる。また半
田付については、角型コイルをパターン鋼箔側で装着す
るため、半田付のとき、コイル装着側が下になり、角型
コイルが脱落するのを防止するため熱硬化接着剤を角型
コイルプリント基板間に塗布し、角型コイルをプリント
基板に固定させ、半田付のときの脱落防止を図る0本発
明ではコイルリード線がパターン銅箔に対して平行に接
することになり、コイルリード線の半[11付有効面積
が増加し、コイルリード線の半田付品質が向上できるこ
とになる。さらに本発明では、コイルリード線の挿入孔
が不要となるため、従来、除去されていた挿入孔部のパ
ターン銅箔を活用できるため、コイルリード線の半田付
部のパターン銅箔の縮小が図れることになり、プリント
基板のパターン銅箔の有効面積が拡大し、電子同調チュ
ーナの小型化、薄形化に大きく寄与できる。なお本実施
例では、四角の角型コイルとしたが、他の多角型などの
