本発明は自動車用ドアのヘミング部におけるシーリング

ドアヒンジを介して取り付け、この状態で電着塗装し、
その後前記ドアのヘミング接合部の全周をPvC系シー
リング材を塗布し、このシーリング材を中塗塗装におけ
る焼付工程によって固化してシーリングするようにして
いる。(実開昭52−6310号公報参照)〔発明が解
決しようとする問題点〕
しかしながらこのような従来のシーリング工法にあって
は、ドアをメインボディに取り付けた状態でシーリング
材を塗布するため、ドアを開いた状態でもヘミング接合
部のドアヒンジ取付部に対応した部位すなわちドアヒン
ジ裏の隠れた部位にシーリング用ガンの注入部を挿入す
ることが非常に困難で、往々にしてシーリングの出来な
い部分を残す結果となり、市場での発情の原因となると

ドア組立工程と称す)このドア組立工程において、ドア
4にドアヒンジ5を取り付ける前又は後に、ヘミング接
合部3の一部具体的にはドアヒンジ5取付部に対応する
部位すなわちドアヒンジ5裏の隠れた部位に、半硬化状
態で粘着性を有する熱硬化樹脂テープ6を貼付する。こ
の熱硬化樹脂テープは例えばエポキシ樹脂等で形成され
