As shown in Figure (bl), a washer 5 is installed at the tip of the tab lead 2.The installation of this washer 5 is complicated because the tab lead 2 is soft and the capacitor element l is in the form of a wound body. Therefore, automatic feeding was difficult and had to be done manually. As shown in Fig. 3 (al), the capacitor element 1 is held by hand, and the tab lead 2 is punched out and attached on the pedestal 6 using the arrow 7. Fig. 3 (bl) As shown in FIG. 2, the washer 5 is fixed by the burr 8 punched out of the tab lead 2. This work not only requires manpower, but also may result in defects if performed by an unskilled person.

The present invention solves the problem by attaching a tab lead with a washer to the aluminum foil before winding, rather than attaching a washer after manufacturing the rolled body. That is, a strip-shaped tab lead member with washers attached in advance at regular intervals is fed out in a direction perpendicular to the aluminum foil band fed into the hoisting machine, and the feeding is stopped when the position of the tab lead member is detected by the washer. The process of attaching the tip of the tab lead member to the aluminum foil band and cutting the tip at a predetermined position is combined with the process of the hoisting machine.

The hoisting machine performs an intermittent operation in which it cuts aluminum foil to a certain length from the fed aluminum foil strip and winds it up.

During winding, the feeding of the aluminum foil strip is paused, so you can use this time to feed out the strip-shaped tab lead member, attach the tip of the tab lead member to the aluminum foil strip, and cut it. can. Since a washer is already provided on the tab lead member at a position corresponding to the tip of the tab lead, it is possible to remove the washer after forming the capacitor element using the conventional method.
Shear installation becomes unnecessary.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, an aluminum foil strip lO is fed into a hoist (not shown) in the direction of the arrow. Then, the tab lead member 11 is paid out from the reel in the right angle direction. The tab lead member 11 has washers 5 (11, 5

Along the position detection device 12. Cutter device 13. A tab lead attachment device 14 is provided.

The process of attaching to the aluminum foil strip IO will be explained below. At the point when the work of winding up the previously cut aluminum foil begins, the tab lead member 11 is paid out in the direction of the arrow. When the washer 5 (2) comes directly below the position detection device 12, it is detected and the tab lead member 11 stops feeding out. At this time, since the tip of the tab lead member 11 is exactly at a predetermined position on the aluminum foil strip 10, the tab lead attaching device 14 operates to bond the tip by cold pressure bonding. After a short delay, the blade of the cutter device 13 cuts the tab lead member 11 at a predetermined position.

As explained above, by attaching the tab lead with washer in advance to the aluminum foil around which the aluminum electrolytic capacitor element is wound, it is possible to eliminate the conventional manual work of attaching the washer to the tab lead after forming the capacitor element. . Since the washer can be attached to the tab lead member automatically and reliably, the problem of lower yield caused by conventional manual labor does not occur.
