A continuous unloader characterized in that a scraping device is installed through an intake port so as to feed the pickled materials in a direction opposite to the moving direction of the logs at a position where the logs of the conveyor are directed upward from the lowest point position. This is related to.

A belt cover 6 is provided to surround the outer periphery of the conveyor belt pulley 5 at the lower end, and below the belt cover 6,
As shown in FIG. 2, a scraping device 9 consisting of a horizontal screw 7 and a paddle feeder 8 is attached through an intake port 11 formed in a scraping cover 10. At this time, with the position of the intake port 11 in a state where the driving direction of the conveyor belt 3 with a pickle is A and the driving direction of the seal belt 4 is B, the material to be scattered from the paddle feeder 8 of the scraping device 9 is indicated by the arrow C. It is formed at a position where it is fed approximately horizontally so as to face the rod 2 which passes the lowest point position and faces in the upward direction. In the figure, 12 indicates a seal belt pulley. The above-mentioned feeding direction C of the material is obtained by rotating the scraping device 9 in the same direction D as the rotation direction A of the conveyor belt pulley 5, and the scraping device 9 is It is located below the contact portion 13 between the belt 3 and the seal belt 4.

ある。 With the above-described structure, the horizontal screw 7 of the scraping device 9 pushes the material toward the paddle feeder 8, and the paddle feeder 8 feeds the material to the conveyor belt 3 with a pick in the direction of arrow C through the intake port 11.
The scattering material fed in the direction of arrow C is pushed upward while being pushed between the crosspieces 2 moving in the direction A opposite thereto, and is then sealed by the seal belt 4 and conveyed upward. According to the above-mentioned feeding action, the ability to scrape off the scattered materials is large, and therefore the cargo handling efficiency is also good. Moreover, according to the above configuration, even when the vertical conveyor 1 is tilted, its scraping ability does not change, and stable scraping is always possible.

The position is such that the scattering material is fed in a vertically upward direction C' toward the lowest position, and in the case of FIG. In both of the cases shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 4, the change in scraping capacity is large when the vertical conveyor 1 is tilted as shown in Fig. 5, and furthermore, in the case of Fig. 3, the absolute scraping capacity is small; In the case shown in FIG. 4, since the seal belt 4 is extended downward, when the vertical conveyor 1 is tilted, the seal belt 4 gets in the way of the bottom plate, making it difficult to tilt the conveyor to a large extent, and it is difficult to scrape the vertical conveyor 1 when tilting. The taking in of the device 9 is different between the outer side of the seal belt 4 (left side) and the outer side of the conveyor belt 3 (right side), and uniform scraping cannot be performed.
There are operability problems such as In contrast, in the present invention, as described above, there is almost no change in the scraping ability when the vertical conveyor 1 is tilted, the absolute scraping ability is large, and there is no problem in operability.
