A raw tea leaf feeder 3 is attached to the rear of the tank 1, and the front side is opened so that raw tea leaves can be taken out from there. In this device, to fill the storage tank 1 with raw tea leaves, the raw tea leaves are first put into the rear of tank 1, and when the thickness reaches a predetermined thickness, the belt conveyor is rotated to gradually advance the raw tea leaves. Then, a space is created at the rear of the barrel 1, so raw tea leaves are thrown into this space again, and the entire tank 1 is filled with raw tea leaves by repeating the introduction of the raw tea leaves and the forward movement of the belt conveyor. In this system, raw tea leaves are sequentially put into the tank 1 from the front to the rear, and therefore, the stored raw tea leaves are taken out in the order in which they were put in.

By the way, the storage tank has the capacity to store several or more than ten raw tea leaves picked from tea gardens, and since raw tea leaves have different properties depending on the tea garden, the above-mentioned conventional raw tea leaf management device cannot be used. With the method of taking out the tea leaves in the order they are put into the storage tank 1, raw tea leaves with different properties are sent to the tea leaf steamer one after another, so it is not always possible to process the raw tea leaves under appropriate conditions. This causes variations in the product.

To describe the operation of feeding raw tea leaves into the storage tank 4 of the raw tea leaf management device formed in this way, first, while rotating the feed conveyor 6, the supply conveyor 8 is operated, and the raw tea leaves are placed on the feed conveyor G. Continuously stack them in stages and move them from the front to the rear of the storage tank 4 while rotating the sweeping brush 7.
(rightward in the figure). Then, the raw tea leaves on the feed conveyor 6 are swept into the storage tank 4 by the sweeping brush 7.
It is then swept into a storage tank. When the sweeping brush 7 reaches the rear end, move this to 1)? I
Then, the reciprocating movement is repeated, but there is no particular problem with the forward speed of the sweeping brush 7.

If the speed is slower than the transport speed of the feed conveyor 6, the raw tea leaves will be swept in even when moving forward, and the speed will be the same as the transport speed.
Or, if it is faster than this, it will not be swept in. Of course, in this case, if the sweeping brush 7 is stopped at one place or reciprocated within a limited range, the raw tea leaves will be swept into that part of the storage tank 1. After all, it is possible to put any desired amount of fresh tea leaves into any location in the storage tank.

Reference numeral 11 denotes a raw tea leaf detection sensor, which is connected to a drive motor (not shown) of the reciprocating platform 10, and detects the presence or absence of raw tea leaves on the feed conveyor 6, and detects when the raw tea leaves on the conveyor are interrupted. Then, the stud return traveling frame 10 is stopped until the raw tea leaves are sent. As a result, even if the supply of raw tea leaves from the supply conveyor 8 to the feed conveyor 6 is intermittent, the supply of raw tea leaves to the storage tank 4 is continuous, and within the range where the sweeping brush 7 runs, raw tea leaves are supplied. It averages out the usage. Reference numeral 12 is the numerator i2 S<.

Effects As detailed above, in the present invention, a feed conveyor 6 of approximately the same length as the storage tank 4 is provided above the storage tank 4, and a sweep brush 7 is provided on the conveyor so as to be able to freely move back and forth along the conveyor. The raw tea leaves placed on the feed conveyor 6 are swept into the storage tank 4. By doing this, the raw tea leaves are sequentially stacked and introduced into the storage tank 4, so that different lots of green tea leaves can be placed in the storage tank 4. Even when tea leaves are put in, when they are taken out, all the tea leaves are tied together and are evenly distributed, so the processing conditions for these raw tea leaves are constant and high quality green tea can be obtained. Furthermore, since the raw tea leaves are picked from the tea garden, the raw tea leaves to be put into the storage tank 4 are not necessarily accumulated all at once, and it takes as long as possible before all the raw tea leaves are put in. It may take some time to develop. In this respect, in the past, raw tea leaves were sequentially introduced from the rear of the storage tank 4, so until the storage tank 4 was full of raw tea leaves, there was no space at the front of the storage tank. Regardless, raw tea leaves are piled up at a predetermined height in the rear. On the other hand, in the present invention, the raw tea leaves are poured into almost the entire surface of the storage tank 4 immediately after the introduction, so that all the air blown up from the bottom of the storage tank 4 acts effectively to maintain the freshness of the raw tea leaves.
