Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the conventional charge of tea leaves at the rear end based on the FIFO conception adequate to the season of the first pick of tea, and to enable the proper processing of tes leaves irrespective of the seasons, by charging the leaves in the season of the late pick of tea in a manner to form vertical layers with raw leaves supplied in different times. CONSTITUTION:A reciprocally rotatable narrow conveyor belt 29 for distribution is stretched over the transfer frame 27, which is placed on the rail 26 in a manner to be transferred reciprocally. A frame 31 is suspended at the lower side of the transfer frame under both delivery ends of the conveyor belt 29. The swivelling frame 32 supported swivellably to the frame 31 is furnished with a relatively narrow distribution conveyor belts 36a and 36b stretched over the span of the swivelling shaft, and is interlocked with the swivelling mechanism 37. Switches 39a and 39b for detecting the tea leaves are suspended from the frame 31 near the delivery ends of both of the distribution conveyor belts, and the conveyor belt 29 is made to be close to the delivery end of the conveyor belt 46 for the feeding of tea leaves. When the running frame is brought close to the rear end, and the delivery end of the distribution conveyor belt is made close to the rear end wall of the storage tank, the electrical circuits for controlling each conveyor belt are switched according to the presence or absence of the raw tea leaves.

However, these loading devices load the leaves from one place at the rear end of the storage surface conveyor, and the idea of first-in, first-out is to store fresh leaves in the order in which they arrive at the tea factory, and to process the tea in the order in which they are stored first. was based on.

This first-in, first-out concept focused on producing high-quality tea by processing raw leaves one after another before they lost their freshness, and was extremely effective for making high-quality tea sweets during the Ichibancha period. As green tea leaf management devices have become more widespread, it has become clear that the first-in, first-out approach alone cannot cope with the bancha season, when large quantities of fresh leaves arrive at once.

The first is that when an unexpected large amount of fresh leaves arrives at the same time, the storage surface conveyor already has a stacked layer of fresh leaves that arrived earlier, so it is necessary to move this back and forth. Therefore, it is not possible to immediately increase the amount of fresh leaves that have arrived.

Second, during the first tea season, if you adjust the tea making conditions according to the variety, quality, etc. of fresh leaves, you can maintain a higher level of chazuke. If all the fresh leaves that are sequentially sent out from the surface conveyor are processed under the same tea-making conditions, if the fresh leaves happen to have properties that match the tea-making conditions, then a product tea can be made, but if the leaves are not suitable, then the finished product will be becomes extremely bad.

Therefore, the present invention is based on the idea of first-in, first-out during the first tea season, in which the material is fed from one place at the rear end as in the past, and during the first tea season, the dispersion transport belt itself can be fed while moving on the conveyor. This system solves the two major hot spots mentioned above and can be used in any tea season.

Therefore, first, to explain each individual movement, motor 4
4 rotates in the normal direction, the chain 43 rotates in the normal direction, and the traveling frame 27, which is engaged with the chain 43 at one point 43', moves forward together with both underframes 31. Then, when a part of the traveling frame 27 comes into contact with the front glue mint switch 45a, the forward and reverse directions are switched, the motor 44 and the chain 43 are reversed, and the traveling frame 27 is moved backward. Then, when it comes into contact with the rear edge/not isochi 45b, it moves forward again, repeating this operation to reciprocate the rail 26 integrally with both underframes 31 back and forth.

Therefore, if the motors 30, 37, and 44 are started and fresh leaves are supplied from the collection transport belt 46 to the sorting transport belt 29,
First, fresh leaves are placed in the front or rear dispersion transport zone 36a.

Then, when the traveling frame 27 reaches the front end and comes into contact with the front edge 45a, the motor 44 is reversed again and the traveling frame 15 retreats to continue loading by further folding. This is repeated alternately, and when the front tea and confectionery detection switch 39a detects that the fresh leaves have been loaded to the desired height in the first half of the feeding area, the deceleration motor 30 is reversed this time, and the sorting transport belt 29 scatters the fresh leaves to the rear. transport belt 36
Circulate in the direction of conveyance to b. Then, the rear spraying transport belt 36b performs spraying while swinging from side to side, and during this time, the motor 44 is activated by the rimisotosui・7chi 45a.
- Since the forward and reverse rotations continue to be repeated alternately in contact with 45b, the rear spreading transport belt 36b loads fresh leaves in the first half of the feeding area in the same manner as the front spreading transport belt 36a did in the first half of the feeding area.

To explain the next case of switching, first, the traveling frame 27 is positioned at the front end, the deceleration motor 30 is rotated forward, and the sorting transport belt 29 moves in the direction in which fresh leaves are IM-fed to the forward spreading transport belt 36a. Circulate. At the same time, the motor 37 is started to swing the dispersion transport belts 36a and 36b from side to side and circulate them, and the motor 44 and chain 43 are reversed to integrally retreat the traveling frame 27 together with both underframes 31 and pick up the material. Fresh leaves are supplied from the collection transport belt 46 to the sorting transport belt 29.

By the way, if sufficient consideration is not given and the distribution transport belt 29 and the respread transport belts 36a and 36b are simply moved back and forth in an integrated manner, there will be a spot in the longitudinal center of the storage tank where fresh leaves are not loaded. There is.

To explain this based on Fig. 6, the front spraying transport belt 3
The forward limit where 6a can be sprayed is when the traveling frame 27 moves to the front end, and the position is (a), and the rear limit is when the traveling frame 27 moves to the front end.
When the traveling frame 27 moves to the front end, its position is (b), the forward limit where the rear spreading transport belt 36b can spray is (c), and the rear limit is (c) when the traveling frame 27 moves to the front end. When the traveling frame 27 moves to the rear end, the position is (d).

Therefore, the collection transport belt 46 is disposed approximately in the center of the forward and backward reciprocating range of the traveling frame 27, and when the traveling frame 27 reaches the front and rear ends, the scattering transport belts 36a and 36b are directly connected to the collection transport belt 46. This situation can also be resolved by facing the sending end.

That is, when the traveling frame 27 reaches the front and rear ends, the scattering transport belts 36a and 36b directly receive fresh leaves from the collecting transport belt 46 without going through the sorting transport belt 29, and transfer them to the center. Next, we will explain each step of the spraying process.

By loading as described above, fresh leaves can be continuously loaded into the storage tank, and in the vertical direction at the same longitudinal position of the storage tank, the difference is only in the time it takes for the swinging frame 32 to go there and return. Since there is a high possibility that fresh leaves with different properties will be loaded, fresh leaves of the same species and quality that arrived at the same time will not be loaded all together in one place, and instead, fresh leaves of different species and types will form layers above and below. When the fresh leaves that come in are loaded with a wide variety of colors, they are sent out as fresh leaves with average properties when they are sent out from the storage surface conveyor.

In addition, since the transportation belt for spraying reciprocates on the storage surface conveyor and sprays the leaves in a folded manner, the fresh leaves are spread over the longitudinal side wall 5.
You can add as many fresh leaves to the front loading surface as long as they do not overflow.

In addition, if there is a place where fresh leaves are already loaded to the desired height, the tea and confectionery detection switch detects this and generates an electric signal, and the distribution transport belt 29 and the scattering transport belt 36a and 36b are activated.
, the collecting transport belt 46 is stopped and the scattering of fresh leaves is stopped. However, in the above explanation, when the traveling frame 27 reaches the rear end, the rear tea and confectionery detection switch 39b and its hanging rod are activated. Since we have not yet touched on the point where the 38b interferes with the brat leveling device 11 and what to do in the case of the first tea season, this will be explained next.

If the mint switch 42 is in contact with the tea leaves or the mint switch 42 is separated, the connection of the electric circuit that controls the drive stop of each transport belt 29, 36a, 36b, and 46 depending on the presence or absence of tea leaves is connected from the rear tea leaf sensing switch 39b side. It is switched to the side of the tea confectionery sensing switch 21a at the rear end, which moves up and down integrally with the leveling tool 15 behind the leveling tool 15.

As a result, the stacking height of the confectionery on the storage surface conveyor 3 rearward of the smoothing tool 15 is managed by the confectionery detection switch 21a at the rear end. As a result, each tea and confectionery detection switch 39a, 39 extends from the rear end wall 6 of the storage tank to the entire feeding area.
This allows for uniform loading at the height set in b.21a.

During the brown season, the distribution transport zone 29 is located slightly ahead of the rear end.
The traveling frame 27 is stopped at a position where its rear end faces the collection transport belt 46, and the rear spreading transport belt 36b, which has received the supply of fresh leaves from the sorting transport belt 29, is in a fixed position and the raking tool 15 is moved. In other words, the transport belts 29, 36a, 36b, and 46 are driven to continue dispersing fresh leaves until the tea and confectionery detection switch 21a at the rear end detects the loaded layer of fresh leaves, but the tea leaf detection switch 21a at the rear end When it senses a stack of fresh leaves, an electrical signal is issued to stop each transport zone 29, 36a, 36b, 46, and the feeding of fresh leaves is temporarily stopped. At the same time, a drive signal is issued to the storage surface conveyor 3, and the stacked layers are advanced and leveled to a very uniform height by the raking device 15 in front. Then, when the tea and confectionery detection switch 21a at the rear end senses that the fresh leaves are insufficiently loaded, a signal is issued to drive each transportation belt 29, 36a, 36b, and 46, which is repeated. They are stacked in layers.

Therefore, if used in this way, even fresh leaves that are sensitive to fluorine during the first tea season can be stacked to any desired thickness and evenly layered, without causing uneven air blowing due to uneven loading. It is possible to avoid serious damage called leaf burning.

Note that the tea cake detection switch 21a at the rear end is set to 1 as described above.
Instead, the tip of the mounting rod 22 is branched into two upper and lower stages, and a tea leaf sensing switch 21b at the rear end of the lower stage is installed at approximately the same height as the lower end of the shattering tool 15 or slightly above it, and

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the layering effect is excellent,
Based on the first-in, first-out concept (conventionally, it is possible to feed leaves at the rear end to cope with the first tea season, and during the bancha season, fresh leaves are fed at the same longitudinal position of the storage surface conveyor at different times as much as possible). The leaves are spread in a layered manner so that they are stacked on top of each other to form a mixture of fresh leaves of different varieties, quality, etc. brought in by each tea producer, and they can be piled up on the storage conveyor surface. It can be loaded and collected in the tea manufacturing line as fresh leaves with average properties, and can be effectively used in any tea season.

A running frame on which the conveyor belt is stretched can be freely reciprocated back and forth, and an underframe is suspended from the lower side of the running frame below both the front and rear delivery ends of the distribution transport belt, and an oscillating frame is attached to the underframe so that it can freely swing left and right. A relatively narrow transport belt for dispersion extending from the front and back of the pivot frame is installed on the swing frame, and a swinging mechanism is linked to the swing frame. A tea and snack detection switch is hung from each side, and in particular, the tea and snack detection switch at the rear is hung so that it can freely move up and down as well as rotate forward and backward. A guide surface for tilting the rear tea leaf sensing switch is formed on the longitudinal side wall slightly in front of the raking device near the rear end wall of the storage tank. A conveyor type in which the connection of the electric circuit that controls the strip is switched from the side of the tea confection detection switch at the rear to the side of the tea confection detection switch at the rear end, which moves up and down integrally with the oyster. A fresh leaf loading device in a tea leaf management device. [3] The collection transport belt is arranged approximately in the middle of the forward and backward reciprocating range of the traveling frame, and the spreading transport belt is arranged so that it directly faces the sending end of the collection transport belt when the traveling frame reaches the front and rear ends. A fresh leaf loading device in a conveyor-type green tea leaf management device according to claims 11 to (2).
