In view of these current circumstances, the present invention applies a transfer printing method to dye different colors on both sides of the fabric, and also completely prevents the dye from penetrating into the back side of the fabric, resulting in a uniform color tone on both sides. In order to obtain a unique color dyeing effect, one side is subjected to resist dyeing treatment, and both sides can be actively used.Thin fabrics (for example, scarves) can be used as high value-added products that meet the diversification of fashion in recent years. ,
The purpose of this invention is to provide a reliable and simple dyeing method for obtaining saris (used as saris, etc.).

(Means for Solving the Problems) The method for dyeing thin fabrics with different colors on the front and back sides of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as the dyeing method) is suitable for dyeing thin fabrics with different colors on the front and back sides (hereinafter referred to as the dyeing method). After post-processing and finishing a thin fabric that has a pattern printed on it (a part of a thin fabric that is the same color) with a pattern that is almost the same color on the opposite sides of the front and back,
Resist dyeing is applied to one side of the fabric, and a transfer sheet with a monochromatic colored layer formed on the other side is overlaid so that the colored layer is in contact with the other side of the fabric,
Thereafter, both are subjected to heat and pressure treatment to produce a new color on the other side by a superimposed color effect, making the front and back sides of the fabric a different color.

As the thin fabric, a thin fabric formed using hydrophobic fibers such as polyester or polyamide or a blended yarn thereof, such as a thin fabric or a thin knitted fabric, can be suitably employed. An example of a method for making the front and back sides of the thin fabric almost the same color is a method of dyeing the front and back sides of the thin fabric using well-known methods such as dip dyeing, screen printing, or roller printing. , it is not limited to plain dyeing.

Ashisoto Blue 112 or the like can be used. To print a design on a part of a thin fabric whose front and back sides are almost the same color with a pattern on the opposite side that is almost the same color, discharge printing paste is printed on the area, and the design is dyed at the same time as the background color is removed. It depends on the method of printing, the method of applying screen printing to the area, etc.

As mentioned above, resist dyeing treatment is applied to a part of the entire thin fabric that has been post-treated and finished in the previous process, but in nuclear resist dyeing treatment, for example, activated carbon, silica gel, or alumina gel is added to gum arabic. This is done by roll-coating one side of a thin fabric with a resist dyeing paste mixed with a dye adsorbent such as and water.

As mentioned above, the transfer sheet is overlaid so that its colored layer is in contact with the other side of the fabric, and then heat and pressure treatment is applied to both of them. , the transfer dye is prevented from penetrating into the surface opposite to the transfer surface (- surface), and a new color is generated on the transfer surface (other surface) by the overlapping color effect, resulting in the front and back being extremely distinct. A thin fabric finished with a unique color is obtained. In particular, when transfer printing is applied to a thin fabric that has been printed with the same design pattern on both sides, an interesting thin fabric with the design pattern standing out on both sides and dyed in a unique color can be obtained.
