As will be explained later, the first feature of this invention is that the decorative layer was formed using the gravure printing method, which can express deep tones with gradation, so it can produce the subtle colors that characterize lacquerware, that is, the austere and solemn colors of lacquerware. has been realized. The second feature is that the decorative layer is laminated with a transparent and glossy film layer, which imparts a subtle luster to the decorative layer, embodying the astringent, deep luster of lacquerware. be.

以下実施例に基づき更に詳細に説明する。 A more detailed explanation will be given below based on examples.

In the figure, 1 is a folding box material decorated to look like lacquerware, 1
1 is a core material layer in which the entire layer is colored in the desired hue;
3 and 13' are decorative layers formed by a gravure printing method, and 14 and 14 are transparent and glossy film layers. The folding box material 11 is made of transparent and glossy film layers 14 and 1 by gravure printing.
It is obtained by forming decorative layers 13, 13' on the back surface of 4 and bonding them to the core layer 11 via adhesives 12, 12. Although not shown, the decorative layer 1 is printed directly on the core layer 11 by gravure printing.
3 and 13' and laminating transparent and glossy film layers 14 and 14 thereon.

What is important is that the decorative layers 13, 13' are formed by gravure printing. In other words, according to the test results of the inventors, it was found that the decorative layer formed by gravure printing method can best express the characteristics of lacquerware than by any other method. The decorative layer created using the gravure printing method, which can express deep colors, matches well with the dark and deep colors of lacquerware.
