The interior of the Buddhist altar or the door is decorated with decorative members. A patterned board made of board material such as Japanese oak is used as a decorative member. These decorative members are carved and produced one by one by hand, which requires considerable processing time and increases the manufacturing cost of the Buddhist altar.
Furthermore, since the decorative member is three-dimensionally carved, dust will adhere to it as it is used. Adhering dust tends to accumulate in the corners of intricate carvings, and it takes time to remove it. Engraved plates that have dust attached to them and are difficult to remove are not suitable for decorating the outer surface of a Buddhist altar, for example, for decorating the outer surface of a door. For this reason, in conventional Buddhist altars, the outer surface of the door is flat and does not have complicated patterns. Therefore, when the door of a Buddhist altar is open, the beautiful decorative materials inside can be seen, but when the door is closed, the altar becomes box-shaped with almost no decoration. If a decorative member with a beautiful pattern without a complicated three-dimensional pattern on its surface can be created, a beautiful Buddhist altar with a design different from that of conventional carved plates can be created. By the way, Buddhist altars are required to have a sublime and high-class beauty, so carved plates with intricate patterns are used, even though it takes time and effort to make them. Therefore, unless a decorative member is developed that eliminates the three-dimensional pattern on the surface and eliminates the image of a "cheap item," it will not be possible to manufacture Buddhist altars of high quality and sublime beauty.

The karaki Buddhist altar of this invention has a decorative member 1 decorated with a unique wood grain pattern inside. The decorative member 1 that decorates the interior of the Buddhist altar is made of multiple types of wood slices 3 with different surface grain shapes and colors cut into predetermined shapes and glued together. Patterns such as plum blossoms are displayed. The pattern created on the surface of the decorative member 1 by the wood slices 3 is different from an artificial regular pattern, and can be a pattern unique to natural wood that can only be obtained from natural wood grains. Also, wood slice piece 3
Since the direction and shape of the wood grain and the overall color are different, a free pattern can be realized by changing the shape of the cut and the state of the combination. Therefore, the decorative member 1 having this structure can realize a high-grade, calm and beautiful pattern. Furthermore, the decorative member 1 made by gluing a plurality of types of wood slices 3 onto the surface of the base material 2 has the advantage that it can be produced in large quantities at low cost without requiring sophisticated technology compared to a carving board. After cutting a wood slice 3 into a certain shape such as a bird or pine tree, the base material 2
This is because the adhesive portion of the cut wood slice piece 3 can be displayed and adhered to the surface of the base material. In mass production of decorative member 1,
Wood slices 3 of the same type can be cut into a certain shape. Moreover, on the surface of the base material 2,
Since a certain pattern can be printed, even an unskilled person can manufacture the cut wood slice piece 3 by adhering it to the display area of the base material 2. For this reason,
The decorative member 1 is incomparable to a carved plate.
It has the advantage of being able to be mass-produced easily, easily, and inexpensively. Therefore, a Buddhist altar equipped with decorative members of this structure,
It has a high-quality and sublime beauty, and since decorative parts can create beautiful patterns without creating three-dimensional unevenness on the surface, even if decorative parts with complicated patterns are used, there will be no dust etc. can be easily and neatly removed,
The beautiful decorative members can decorate areas that could not be decorated with conventional carved plates, making it possible to create extremely high-class Buddhist altars.

An embodiment of this invention will be described below based on the drawings. However, the embodiment shown below is an example of a Buddhist altar for embodying the technical idea of this invention, and the Buddhist altar of this invention has different materials, shapes,
The structure and arrangement are not limited to those shown below.
Various changes can be made to the Buddhist altar of this invention within the scope of the claims for utility model registration. Furthermore, in order to make it easier to understand the scope of claims for utility model registration, this specification includes numbers corresponding to the members shown in the examples in the "column of claims for utility model registration",
Additional notes are added to the members shown in the "Column of Means for Solving Conventional Problems" and the "Column of Functions and Effects."
However, the members shown in the scope of the utility model registration claims are by no means limited to the members of the embodiments. The entire exterior of the karaki Buddhist altar shown in FIG. 5 is decorated with a karaki pattern, and decorative members 1 with a wood grain pattern are provided inside and on the door. The decorative member 1 has a plurality of wood slices 3 adhered to the surface of a base material 2, and the wood slices 3 having different wood grains and colors can be made of wood, such as bird, pine, bamboo, etc.
Patterns such as plum blossoms, waves, and clouds are displayed. As shown in the reference perspective view of FIG. 1, the wood slice piece 3 is cut into a predetermined external shape and adhered to the surface of the base material 2. The wood slices 3 are made by thinly slicing different pieces of wood so that patterns with different wood grains and colors can be displayed, and the wood grain patterns unique to each type of wood are exposed on the surface. For example, relatively dark-colored wood such as ebony, rosewood, or Japanese oak, medium-colored wood such as zelkova, cypress, pine, or oak, or light-colored wood such as cedar or pear is used as the wood that becomes the wood slice piece 3. Ru. Also, depending on the type of wood,
The shape of the wood grain is different, and the wood grain pattern also differs depending on the direction of slicing, so by cutting various types of wood in various directions, you can create slices of wood that have different grain directions, arrangements, shapes, and overall colors. Make piece 3. Wood slices 3 having different grains and colors are cut into a certain shape, and this is adhered to the surface of a base material 2 to form a pattern suitable for a Buddhist altar. In the pattern created by gluing a plurality of wood slices 3, the different colors of the wood slices 3 are most noticeable. Therefore, for example, a light-colored wood slice 3 may be cut out in the shape of a bird, and a dark-colored wood slice 3 may be cut and glued into the bird shape that fits the hollowed out part, or a wood slice 3 with a color and grain different from the background may be cut out. You can create a pattern by cutting wood slices 3 or into the shape of a pine or plum tree and gluing them together. As shown in FIG. 2, the wood slices 3 are preferably bonded to the surface of the base material 2 in such a manner that the surfaces of the wood slices 3 are coplanar. The decorative member 1 having this shape has a feature that the surface can be completely flat. However, this invention does not specify the shape of the decorative member 1 to this structure; for example, as shown in FIG. Including what you make. The wood slice piece 3 usually contains 0.2 to 3 pieces of wood.
It is manufactured by slicing into a thickness of mm, preferably 0.3 to 1 mm. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the decorative member 1 to which the wood slices 3 on the surface of the base material 2 are adhered,
A transparent paint 4 is applied to the surface. transparent paint 4
You can also apply a light color to the entire grain of the wood. As shown in FIG. 4, a line is displayed at the boundary of the wood slice pieces 3 by adhering the wood slice pieces 3 to adjacent wood slice pieces 3 with a slight gap 5 between them. I can do it. In this case, by using a base material 2 whose background color is different from that of the wood slice piece 3, the boundary line can be displayed more clearly and sharply. The decorative member 1 having this shape can have a pattern with clear boundaries, and also has the advantage that the wood slices 3 can be easily glued together since it is not necessary to glue the wood slices 3 without gaps. A transparent paint 4 enters into the gaps between the wood slices 3 to finish the surface of the decorative member 1 in a planar shape. The decorative member 1 is formed to have an outer shape and a pattern matching the mounting position of the Buddhist altar. In the Buddhist altar shown in FIG. 5, decorative members 1 are attached to the interior and the door 6.
Buddhist altars usually have double doors. The decorative member can be fixed to both the inner and outer surfaces of the outer door and the inner door. In particular, the outer surface of the outer door is visible from the outside when the door is closed, so a Buddhist altar with the decorative member 1 decorated with sliced wood pieces fixed here can have an extremely beautiful design when the door is closed. . However, this invention does not specify the mounting position and surface pattern of the decorative member; instead, the decorative member is mounted at a predetermined position within the karaki Buddhist altar, and is formed into a pattern and shape that matches the mounting position.
