【発明の詳細な説明】
１亙分立
本発明は、リポ多糖類を有効成分として含有するニキビ
予防治療剤に関する。

ニキビ（Ａｃｎａ Ｖｕｌｇａｒｉｓ）は、一般にその
原因が未だ不明の点が多いが、性ホルモンあるいは遺伝
的背景に関連した脂腺機能亢進による皮膚分泌過剰、皮
膚常在菌による皮脂の加水分解によって生じる遊離脂肪
酸の増大、および毛包管上皮の角化亢進の３因子が、そ
の発症に重要な役割を果たしていると考えられており、
一般にいわゆる脂性肌に現われる傾向が強い。
原因が未だ不明の点が多いが、性ホルモンあるいは遺伝
的背景に関連した脂腺機能亢進による皮膚分泌過剰、皮
膚常在菌による皮脂の加水分解によって生じる遊離脂肪
酸の増大、および毛包管上皮の角化亢進の３因子が、そ
の発症に重要な役割を果たしていると考えられており、
一般にいわゆる脂性肌に現われる傾向が強い。
従来このようなニキビ予防治療においては、症状によっ
ても異なるが、ビタミンＡ、Ｂ２゜Ｂ６等のビタミン剤
やエチニルエストラジオール等のホルモン剤の内服投与
が行われており、また、毛包上皮の角化によりモロが狭
窄して面飽が形成されている場合には角質溶解作用のあ
る硫黄剤の外用投与が、さらには丘疹、膿瘍がみられる
場合にはテトラサイクリン系の抗生物質の内服等が行わ
れている。

供するものである。

本発明のニキビ予防治療剤は、多量のＤ−ガラクトース
またはＤ−ガラクトースアミンとアミノウロン酸とから
構成されるヘテロ多糖類であって、該Ｄ−ガラクトース
、該Ｄ−ガラクトースアミンおよび該アミノウロン酸は
、それぞれＮ−アシル化および／またはＯ−アシル化さ
れていてもよく、該アシル基は炭素数が約１０〜１８の
脂肪酸残基またはヒドロキシ脂肪酸残基であるリポ多糖
類（Ａ）；あるいはこのリポ多糖類の１ないし２価金屈
塩、アンモニウム塩または第４級アンモニウム塩（Ｂ）
を含有することを特徴とする。

以下、本発明についてさらに詳細に説明する。
本発明で用いられるリポ多糖類は、エマルサン類として
特開昭５５−１１２２０１号公報に詳記されている。エ
マルサン類は、アシネト・バクタ一種（Ａｃｉｎｅｔｏ
ｂａｃｔｏｒ）により製造されるバイオサーファクタ
ントであり、たとえば、ペトロファーム社（Ｐｅｔｏｒ
ｏｆｅｒｍ ；アメリカ合衆国）からエマルサン（ＩＥ
ｍｕｌｓａｎ）の商品名で市販されている。
特開昭５５−１１２２０１号公報に詳記されている。エ
マルサン類は、アシネト・バクタ一種（Ａｃｉｎｅｔｏ
ｂａｃｔｏｒ）により製造されるバイオサーファクタ
ントであり、たとえば、ペトロファーム社（Ｐｅｔｏｒ
ｏｆｅｒｍ ；アメリカ合衆国）からエマルサン（ＩＥ
ｍｕｌｓａｎ）の商品名で市販されている。
これは、アシネト・バクタ一種（ＡＴＣＣ寄託ＮＱ：３
１０１２）により製造される細胞外微生物タンパク質会
合リボ多糖類であり、主にエタノールを炭素源とした場
合に得られるα−エマルサン類（ネオエマルサン）、原
油、ヘキサデカンを主たる炭素源とした場合に得られる
β−エマルサン類（プロトエマルサン）がある。

リポ多糖類は調剤賦形剤とともに用いられ、所望に応じ
てクリーム、ローション、乳液、軟膏、ゲル等の形で製
剤化することができる。リポ多糖類は、ニキビ予防治療
剤中に０．００１〜２０重量％配合するのが好適であり
、より好ましくは０．０１〜５重量％である。ニキビ予
防治療剤中には、ワセリン、プロピレングリコール、ス
テアリルアルコール、ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム、水、エ
タノール、イソプロピルアルコール、ポリエチレングリ
コールなどのようなりリーム、ローション、乳液、軟膏
、ゲル剤等に使用される補助剤を配合することもできる

実施例
表−１に示した各処方の洗顔剤を調製し、ニキビ患者４
０例に１日、朝夕２回、通常の石けんで洗浄した後、そ

- 【特許請求の範囲】 １、多量のＤ−ガラクトースまたはＤ−ガラクトースア
ミンとアミノウロン酸とから構成されるヘテロ多糖類で
あって、該Ｄ−ガラクトース、該Ｄ−ガラクトースアミ
ンおよび該アミノウロン酸は、それぞれＮ−アシル化お
よび／またはＯ−アシル化されていてもよく、該アシル
基は炭素数が約１０〜１８の脂肪酸残基またはヒドロキ
シ脂肪酸残基であるリポ多糖類（Ａ）；あるいはこのリ
ポ多糖類の１ないし２価金属塩、アンモニウム塩または
第４級アンモニウム塩（Ｂ）を含有することを特徴とす
るニキビ予防治療剤。 ２、前記リポ多糖類が、アシネトバクター種（Ａｃｌｎ
