Claims (1)
- 陰極棒と、該陰極棒を包囲してその外周に第１
の環状通路を形成し先端に第１のノズルを有する
陰極外套と、該陰極外套を包囲してその外周に第
２の環状通路を形成し先端に第２のノズルを有す
るプラズマ外套とからなるプラズマトーチ、前記
第１の環状通路にスタート気流を供給するための
供給管、そのスタート気流を前記第２の環状通路
から排気用バルブを通してプラズマトーチ外に排
出するための排出管、プラズマ気流用バルブを通
してプラズマ気流を前記第２の環状通路に供給す
る供給管、及び前記プラズマトーチに電力を供給
する電源からなるプラズマ加工装置において、プ
ラズマ気流を前記第２の環状通路に供給する供給
管を少くとも２つ備え、その一方の供給管にはス
タート時に開かれてプラズマ気流を狭搾する第１
のバルブを設け、前記他方の供給管には前記第１
のバルブの流量より実質的に多量のプラズマ気流
を流し得る第２のバルブを設けたことを特徴とす
るプラズマ加工装置。
