Claims (1)
表面に噴出する溶融材料噴出ノズルを備える容器

法を0.5mm以下とするとともに、気体噴出ノズ

て20°以上傾斜させ、また剥離板の薄帯案内面
を回転冷却体の接線方向に対し70°以下に傾斜
して配置し、前記容器の溶融材料噴出ノズルより
回転冷却体表面上に噴出する溶融材料を急冷固化
させて連続薄帯となした後、この薄帯を回転冷却
体表面から連続的かつ強制的に剥離させるごとく
