この発明は以上の各点を解決するためのもの
で、中空ロツドの下方に噴射撹拌器を装設し、軟
弱地盤中に降下する時に噴射撹拌器の高圧注入噴
射腕より安定材を強力に噴射注入して大径の第一
次硬化杭を形成し、次に上昇時に於いて第一次硬
化杭の内部を低圧による低圧注入噴射孔よりの土
質安定材を以つて第二次硬化杭を形成して、内外
二重の平均した硬化杭を造成するものである。従
つて、この発明によれば軟弱地盤中に小型の装置
を以つて大型装置なみの大径の均一に硬化された
造成杭を容易に造成する効果と、この造成杭の内
外を圧密した均一な硬化土質とすると共に、高圧
注入から低圧注入へとの切換によつて、騒音、振
動音を極力防止する等の実利的な効果等を達成せ
しめたものである。

拌されて造成される第一次硬化杭であつて、尚図
中9は、同じく上昇作業中に造成される第一次硬
化杭8の内部中空部を造成する第二次硬化杭を示
したものである。

改良完成する。次に第3図に示す如く、所定深度
から徐々に引抜き上昇回転させながら、低圧ポン
プに切換えた圧力によつて、該噴射撹拌器2の外
周に設けた低圧注入噴射孔7より土質安定材を低
圧噴射して第一次硬化杭8の中空内部に均等に注
入混合して、第二次硬化抗9を造成しながら大径
の改良地盤を造成するものである。

て、第一次硬化杭の中心内部の空間を確実に充填
撹拌混合して造成して両者を強固に一体化せしめ
る効果と、第一次硬化杭の圧密均等でない個所
を、第二次硬化杭によつて造成するので強度の大
なる造成杭を得る事が出来る効果もある。

ので、全体が強靭化され、容易に破損する等の憂
れいがない実利的な効果がある。
