地温の性能にバラツキを生ずる場合があった。(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the conventional excavating tool, the stirring l was a lock installed at the lower end of the rotating shaft, so it was difficult to sufficiently stir and mix the excavated mud and hardening agent. In order to do this, it was necessary to move the stirring blade up and down frequently, and there was also the problem that the hole wall could be damaged by the up and down movement of the stirring blade. If the hole wall is damaged, the injected hardening agent will leak out to the outside of the hole wall, so the amount of hardening agent injected must be increased accordingly, but it is difficult to determine the required amount on the ground. This was difficult and sometimes caused variations in the performance of improved soil temperature.
