本考案は主に履物の素材として使用し得る新規

せた複合シートなどがある。又履物内部の中敷と
しても種々の素材が使用されているが、特に足当
りの感触を良くするためと、クツシヨン効果を出
すために、軟質スポンジシートと他材料との組み
合せによる複合シート材が主として使用されてい

従来にない新しい複合材料を提供することであ

本考案の履物用複合材料は、連続気泡性の軟質
ポリウレタンフオームを熱圧縮することによつて
得た厚さ0.5〜2.0mm密度100〜300Kg/m3の圧縮ウ
レタンフオームシート層3と、接着剤層2を介し
て片面又は両面において通気性を有する生布層
1,4とを一体にしてなるものである。又接着一
体化する方法としては、接着剤によらず圧縮ウレ
タンフオームシート表面をガスバーナーなどで熔
融して貼り合せる、いわゆるフレームラミネート

着剤を塗布してフオームシートと接着しても良

従来軟質ポリウレタンフオームと生布とを貼り
合せた複合素料材があり、履物用素材としても使
用されていたが、履物用素材としては弾力性、硬
度などにおいて不足するものであり、硬度、保型
性を向上せしめるためには、更に保型性にすぐれ
る不織布や、厚手の生地との併用を行つたり、更
にはあえて通気性の乏しい独立気泡のゴムスポン
ジシートやビニールスポンジシートを使用したの
に比較し、本考案では単独で使用し得るものであ
るから、作業工程の省略化及び材料費の低減もな
