Strength was increased by attaching a high-density foam sheet with high density and strong tensile and compressive forces as a reinforcing material.

ものである。 The cushion core material for pine tresses of the present invention is as described above. The skin foam sheet that is attached to the surface of the synthetic resin foam that has cushioning properties has high density, hardness, and tensile strength. The core material of the cushion has increased hardness, and even when a load is applied, it does not slump easily, does not feel bottomed out, and has an excellent tension effect. 時の感触に優れたものである。 In addition, since the epidermal foam sheet of the present invention uses the epithelial or hypodermal portion of the foam block containing a high-density skin portion, the original thickness of the foam sheet with the same density is smaller than that of a foam sheet in which only the foam is compressed. The material cost is extremely low because it uses parts that are normally processed as scrap.
Furthermore, in this invention, the dense skin side of the skin foam sheet is attached to the synthetic resin foam cushion material, so the adhesive bond between the two is strong and durable. The surface of the material has a softer foam part attached to the dense skin part, giving it an excellent feel when in use.
