従来使用されている圧胴洗浄剤は、塩素系溶剤(例えば

素油(例えば、工業用ガソリン、ケロシン、ミネラルス
ピリット)との混合溶剤である0
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
塩素系溶剤は、洗浄効果は大であるが、有機溶剤中責予
防規則の第2種有機溶剤に該轟するため、最高使用量が
