Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 高周波加熱手段５と熱風循環式ヒータ加熱手段
１８とを備えたヒータ付高周波加熱調理器におい
て、 熱風の温度を検出するための温度センサ２１と
、 加熱室２から排気される気流の物理的変化を検
出するガスセンサ２２とを備え、 前記両加熱手段５，１８を同時に動作させると
ともに、その動作を開始してから前記温度センサ
２１が一定温度を検出するまでの時間と、そのと
きのガスセンサ２２のレベルとにより加熱室２内
の食品の種類を判別し、それ以後の調理完了まで
の制御を決定するようにしたことを特徴とするヒ
ータ付高周波加熱調理器。
