Claims (1)
- 排気ダクトが連結された調理室と、この調理室
に設けられ該調理室内に熱風を循環させる熱風循
環機構と、前記ダクトに設けられ加熱調理される
調理物から放散するガスを検知するガスセンサー
と、このガスセンサーからのセンサー出力を単位
時間当りで平均にし、この平均値にしたがつて前
記熱風循環機構を制御する制御部とを具備したこ
とを特徴とする熱風循環式調理器。
