PURPOSE:To enable correction packaging so as to simplify or eliminate postprocessing operation by providing a packaging unit for packaging electronic parts on a substrate, a synchronously operating circular part feeder, and a control unit for enabling non-synchronous motion. 連切断片は、所定位置で、回転盤109のチャックによ
り保持され、次に基板上に挿入される。なお、この場合
、カム及びカム7オロアーによりパレットに保持された
部品の姿勢を一定させることを主眼として構成されてい
る。

択的に移送し、電子部品4.5に対応する個別の部品挿
入ヘッド1ないし2に供給して、電子回路基板6に挿入
するようにした場合の一例が示されている。

に部品保持具に部品を供給し続ける。以上の様にして挿
入を続けて行く中で部品保持具3aより挿入ヘッド1へ
部品供給が行なわれ、供給された部品を挿入ヘッド1で
、電子回路基板6上に実装を行なうと同時に下型挿入ユ
ニット8で実装の良否の判定とリング7が1ピツチ移動
する。この場合下型挿入ユニット8の判定が不良とした
場合、修正実装を行なう為の全部品保持具の決定が必要
となり、全部品保持具3aから30までの複数個の内の
1つを決定させる。今回の場合は同一部品用の空となっ
ている部品保持具3aを修正実装用として、R部品供給
位置へ1ピッチ動作をさせず、連続動作で直接移動させ
、部品保持具3aにR部品を供給し、供給が完了すれば
再度直接挿入ヘッド1への受渡し位置まで移動する。こ
の場合リング7は、正回転方向に移動させているが、部
品供給部と、部品保持具の位置関係上、近い方向へ移動
させる為に逆方向回転させてもよい。
