Claims (1)
- 合成樹脂からなる振動ケース内に設けられた振
動子と該振動子に電気的に接続され該振動子との
信号の授受を行なう電子回路部とを有する超音波
マイクロホンにおいて、前記振動ケースを構成す
る合成樹脂内部に空洞部を形成し、該空洞部内に
前記電子回路部を内蔵したことを特徴とする超音
波マイクロホン。
