(Prior Art) Conventionally, the pantograph type ladder, which is generally used in this type of evacuation ladder device, has links that are pivotally connected in an X shape, and a plurality of links are connected in the vertical direction. It is constructed by connecting the intersection points or connection points of the X-shape with cross members in pairs facing each other.

However, in this type of pantograph ladder, a clearance is provided in advance at each pivot point or each connection point so that the ladder can immediately go from a shortened state to an extended state in the event of an emergency evacuation such as a fire.

For this reason, when an evacuee descends along the ladder, there is a problem in that the ladder bends back and forth and swings in the same direction. In other words, when evacuees descend, they pull the parts they are holding onto with their hands toward their hands, and conversely, push their legs forward as they descend, causing the parts they are holding onto to curve and flex. The ladder will swing as it descends. As a result, evacuees may miss their footing on the ladder and fall, or the evacuees may feel uneasy due to the swinging of the ladder, making it difficult for them to descend smoothly, which is an extremely serious drawback in terms of safety measures.

In addition, pantograph-type ladders tend to lose their shape at the top when the load of evacuees is applied to the lower end, and the ladder can suddenly reach its full height, giving evacuees a big shock, resulting in safety issues. There was a problem that was missing. Therefore, ladders have come to be provided with means for restricting the extension of the ladder from exceeding a certain length. For example, a method is adopted in which the distance between each cross member of a ladder is controlled so that it does not exceed a certain length when the ladder is extended by connecting each cross member of the ladder with a chain of a certain length. There is.

In this way, pantograph-type ladders equipped with regulating means are designed to prevent the extension from exceeding a certain length even if an unreasonable load is applied during extension, and are excellent in safety. However, the disadvantage is that the structure of the ladder itself is complicated, the construction is troublesome, and the manufacturing cost increases significantly.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention was devised to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it prevents the ladder from bending and swinging when the ladder is extended, and is extremely effective. To provide an evacuation ladder device equipped with a pantograph type ladder capable of regulating elongation due to deformation by a simple mechanism.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The evacuation ladder device of the present invention includes a frame member formed from at least one horizontal member and a pair of vertical members, and an inner portion of the frame member and an approximately intermediate portion of the vertical members. A pantograph-type ladder is constructed by arranging a plurality of framework bodies in the vertical direction and consisting of linear members pivotally connected to each other, and assembled in a telescopic manner by pivotally connecting both ends of each linear member to both ends of each vertical member, respectively.
The pantograph type ladder is installed so that it can be stored freely in a storage box embedded in the floor of the building and hangs down when extended. The horizontal member abuts against the end of each linear member to restrict its extension, and is characterized in that a descending means is provided between the storage box 2 and the pantograph ladder to moderate the extension speed of the pantograph ladder. There is.

(Function) Therefore, in the event of an emergency evacuation such as a fire, if the pantograph type ladder stored in the storage box is lowered,
A pantograph ladder gradually extends due to its own weight.
At this time, the extension speed of the pantograph ladder is moderated by the descending means, so that the pantograph ladder does not extend suddenly. As a result, no impact load is applied to each pivot point of the pantograph ladder, and damage to the ladder can be prevented.

When the pantograph ladder extends to a certain length, the horizontal members of each frame member come into contact with the ends of each straight member, restricting its extension, and the frame members and straight members touch each pivot point. Rotation around the center is prevented. As a result, the pantograph ladder itself becomes rigid, and the ladder itself does not bend or swing, allowing evacuees to evacuate extremely safely.

The pantograph ladder 3 has a plurality of framework bodies 20 arranged in the vertical direction, and one end 19'' of the linear member 19 of each framework body 20 is connected to the end of the vertical member 16 on the side to which the horizontal member 15 is fixed. 16', and the other end 19' is pivotally connected 18 to the end 16'' of the vertical member 16 on the side to which the cross member 15 is not fixed.
By doing this, it can be assembled in a flexible manner. This so-called ladder 3 is assembled in a pantograph style.

Furthermore, when the pantograph type ladder 3 is extended, each vertical member 16 and each linear member 19 become substantially in a straight line, that is, the ends 16' and 16'' of each vertical member 16 in FIG. and until the ends 19' and 19'' of each straight member 19 are close to each other,
Each horizontal member 15 is configured to abut against the end 19'' of each straight member 19 and its extension is restricted. Therefore, when the pantograph type ladder is extended to a certain length, the extension is restricted. It will be regulated.

Both ends of a support rod 22, which is pivoted on the front side and connects the linear members 19, are inserted into the elongated holes 24 of the guide plate 23 and are slidably attached. By attaching the support rods 21 and 22 to the guide plate 23 on the same horizontal plane, the pantograph ladder 3 is in a hanging state as shown in FIG. 1 when extended.

In the event of an emergency such as a fire, evacuees can open the top lid 1 of storage box 2.
When the cover 0 is opened, the lower cover 11 is also opened by the operation of the synchronous interlocking mechanism 12. Next, after confirming the situation downstairs, the band 33 wrapped around the ladder 3 is removed. (Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above explanation, the invention has the following effects:
When the pantograph type ladder installed in the evacuation ladder device is extended, each horizontal member comes into contact with the end of each straight member and restricts the extension until each vertical member and each straight member become substantially in a straight line. Because of this structure, the ladder does not lose its shape when extended.
It can make itself rigid. As a result, the ladder itself can be prevented from bending or swinging, allowing evacuees to ascend and descend safely. Further, since this ladder can restrict excessive extension without providing the restriction means mentioned at the beginning, the structure is simple and assembly can be performed easily. Furthermore, since the pantograph type ladder is attached to the storage box so as to hang down when extended, the space between the upper and lower floors can be narrow, and the overall length of the ladder can also be shortened.
However, since a lowering means is provided between the storage box and the pantograph-type ladder to slow down the extension speed of the ladder, the ladder does not extend suddenly and an impact load is applied to each pivot point. Not at all. As a result, the ladder is not damaged during its extension.

A framework composed of a frame member 17 formed from at least one horizontal member 15 and a pair of vertical members 16, and a linear member 19 pivotally connected 18 to an inner portion of the frame member 17 and approximately at the middle portion of the longitudinal member 16. A pantograph type ladder in which a plurality of bodies 20 are disposed in the longitudinal direction, and both ends 19', 19'' of each straight member 19 are pivotally connected 18 to both ends 16', 16'' of each vertical member 16, so as to be expandable and retractable. 3
is attached so that it can be stored freely in a storage box 2 embedded in the floor surface 13 of the building and is in a hanging state when extended, and the pantograph type ladder 3 has each vertical member 16 and each linear member 19 in a substantially straight line when extended. By the time the horizontal member 15 reaches the end 19'' of each linear member 19, its extension is restricted, and the extension of the pantograph ladder 3 is prevented between the storage box 2 and the pantograph ladder 3. An evacuation ladder device characterized by being provided with a gradual descending means 25 for reducing speed.
