Claims (1)
- 空間を仕切るゲート弁を開閉動作させる第１の
エアシリンダと、前記ゲート弁で区切られる空間
の間を移動し試料を搬送する旋回アームと、該旋
回アームに連結され直線運動を旋回運動に変換す
る運動変換手段と、前記直線運動を行なう第２の
エアシリンダと、前記第１および第２のエアシリ
ンダを駆動するエアー源と、前記エアー源との間
に設けられ前記第１のエアシリンダを制御するバ
ネ復帰式の第１の制御弁と、前記エアー源との間
に設けられ前記第２のエアシリンダを制御するバ
ネ復帰式の第２の制御弁と、前記第１の制御弁を
エアタイマーを介して制御するバネ復帰式の第３
の制御弁とから成ることを特徴とする試料搬送装
置。
