Claims (1)
- 金属製基板の両面に、表裏に電極層が形成され
た圧電素子板を貼着してなると共に、所定電圧の
印加により屈曲変形する可動部を備え、該可動部
により空気ノズルの口端を開閉するようにしたも
のにおいて、前記可動部における空気ノズルの口
端と対向する面に、前記電極層を覆うようにして
セラミツク層を形成したことを特徴とするノズル
フラツパ用圧電バイモルフ。
