- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) バネ性を有する基板の両面に圧電板を貼り
付けてバイモルフ型の圧電たわみ素子とし、該圧
電たわみ素子の一端を固定部材により固定支持し
且つ他端に送風体を付設した圧電フアンにおいて
、圧電たわみ素子の基板の延長部分の一部が細い
形状であることを特徴とする圧電フアン。 (2) バネ性を有する基板の両面に圧電板を貼り
付けてバイモルフ型の圧電たわみ素子とし、該圧
電たわみ素子の一端を固定部材により固定支持し
且つ他端に送風体を付設した圧電フアンにおいて
、送風体が圧電たわみ素子の基板と一体となつて
おり、送風体と圧電たわみ素子との間の基板の一
部が細い形状であることを特徴とする圧電フアン
。
