一方向への回動を阻止するポール部材と、 該ポール部材を常には前記係合部材と係合する
方向へ付勢する付勢手段と、 前記レリースレバーに移動可能に取り付けられ
るとともに前記ポール部材と作動的に連結され、
該ポール部材を前記付勢手段の付勢力に抗して回
動させる方向へ移動操作されることにより、該ポ
ール部材と前記係合部材との係合を解除して前記
