してパーキングブレーキに連結されて踏込操作により前
記パーキングブレーキを作動状態となすパーキングブレ
ーキペダルと、前記セクタギヤに離脱可能に係合して前
記パーキングブレーキペダルの原位置への回動を規制す
るポールと、このポールと前記セクタギヤを係合させる
べく前記ポールを付勢するスプリングと、前記ポールを
前記セクタギヤから離脱させるための手動式レリーズ機
構とを備えてなるペダル式パーキングブレ、−キ装置に
おいて、前記手動式レリーズ機構の一構成部材に回動可
能に組付けられかつスプリング付勢されて一端にて同構
成部材と弾撥的に当接し一方向への回動を規制され他方
向への回動を許容されたレバーと、ブレーキペダルの踏
込操作に応答して定位置から前記レバーの移動軌跡外に
退避して前記レバーの移動を許容しまた定位置にて原位
置にある前記レバーの他端と当接可能に対向し前記レバ
ーの原位置からレリーズ方向への移動を前記レバーの他
端と当接して前記レバーに一方向の回動力を与えること
により規制するとともに前記レバーの原位置への移動を
前記レバーに他方向の回動力を与えることにより許容す
るロック部材を設けて構成したペダル式パーキングブレ
