Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 原稿読取部と印字部を備え、 前記原稿読取部から出力される画像情報を伝送
    回線へ送出して相手装置の印字部に前記画像情報
    に応じた印字を行わせ、前記相手装置から画像情
    報を受信して前記印字部で前記画像情報に応じた
    印字を行う画像情報の電送機能を有した複写機に
    おいて、 前記相手装置が装着する記録紙のサイズを判定
    する判定手段と、 前記サイズに応じて前記伝送回線への前記画像
    情報の送出を制御する画像情報送出制御手段を有
    することを特徴とする画像情報の電送機能を有し
    た複写装置。 (2) 前記画像情報送出制御手段が、前記サイズ
    に応じて前記画像情報を縮倍率する実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の画像情報の電送機能を有
    した複写装置。 (3) 前記画像情報送出制御手段が、前記画像情
    報の送出サイズに応じて前記相手装置の記録紙の
    サイズを選択する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の画像情報の電送機能を有した複写装置。 (4) 前記画像情報送出制御手段が、前記相手装
    置が前記画像情報の送出サイズに応じたサイズの
    記録紙を装着していないとき、前記相手装置へ警
    報信号を出力する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の画像情報の電送機能を有した複写装置。
