チツプ、１３は外部端子、２はカード基体、２１
はＩＣ基板装着用凹部、３は表示片、４，８は接
着剤層、５は透明保護シート、６は透明接着剤層
、７は中間シートである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＩＣチツプをカード基体に埋設すると共に、該
    ＩＣチツプに接続された外部端子を有するメモリ
    ーカードにおいて、カード基体の片面または両面
    に写真等の表示片を収容する表示片装着用凹部を
    形成し、該凹部に接着剤層を介して表示片を接着
    し、該表示片の表面に透明保護シートを透明接着
    剤層を介して接着すると共に、透明保護シートの
    表面とカード基体の表面とを面一にしたことを特
    徴とするメモリーカード。
