に写真等の表示片を収容する表示片装着用凹部を
形成し、該凹部に接着剤層を介して表示片を接着
し、該表示片の表面に透明保護シートを透明接着
剤層を介して接着すると共に、透明保護シートの
表面とカード基体の表面とを面一にしたことを特
