【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はオーブンや電子レンジ等の加熱調理器
に用いられる加熱調理器具に関するもので、特に
蒸し焼き調理を行うとき、簡単な操作で均一にし
かも速やかに被調理物が調理される加熱調理器具
を提供するものである。

面や側面が乾燥気味に加熱されるに対して、被調

熱風循環式の方が被調理物7の上面や側面の乾燥
状態が著しく、被調理物7が均一に調理できない
という欠点があつた。また第8図や第9図の如
く、アルミホイル13を使用した場合も第7図ほ
ど著しくはないが、同じような調理状態になるの
で好ましくない。さらにオーブン調理や蒸し焼き
調理を行うたびにアルミホイル13が必要とな
り、被調理物7を包む手間がかかり、しかも不経
済である。また上段のオーブン受皿22は第10
図に示すように脚を備えたすのこ網6に載置して
使用するため、上段のオーブン受皿22を下段の
オーブン受皿10の蓋体4として使用するには不
安定で危険である。
