図は従来技術によるスピンドルモータの構造図で
ある。 符号の説明、１：カツプ状回転子ハブ、２：回
転子ハブのフランジ、３：永久磁石、４：回転子
軸、５：固定子鉄芯、６：固定子巻線、７：軸受
、８：ブラケツト、９：取り付け用フランジ、１
０：摺動接触する接点、１１：板バネ、１２：円
環状の小突起、１３：円環状の小突起、１４：磁
性流体シール装置、１５：閉塞部材。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. カツプ状の回転子ハブの内側に円筒形の永久磁
    石を一体的に固着した回転子と、該回転子の内側
    に永久磁石と空隙を介して対向配設された円筒形
    の固定子と、該固定子を支承するブラケツトとよ
    り成り、上記カツプ状の回転子ハブの底面に一体
    的に固着された回転子軸を上記ブラケツト内に配
    設した軸受により回転自在に支承した構成のスピ
    ンドルモータに於て、上記カツプ状回転子ハブの
    解放端に設けたフランジと、上記ブラケツトと一
    体的に固着された取り付け用フランジととの夫々
    対向する面に、円環状の小突起を同心状にかつ回
    転子ハブに設けたフランジとブラケツトに設けた
    フランジとに夫々交互にかつ狭い空隙を介して配
    設し、取り付け用フランジの軸受装着用の穴を閉
    塞する導電性の材料で構成されたカツプ状の閉塞
    部材の内部に摺動接触する接点を配設し回転子軸
    と接触せしめる構成とし、かつ上記ブラケツトの
    カツプ状ハブの底面に近接して設けた軸受の、上
    記ハブの底面と対向する面に磁性流体シール装置
    を装着したことを特徴とするスピンドルモータ。
