(Prior art) When producing colored satin woven ribbons with different colors on both the front and back sides, conventionally, in so-called "yarn dyeing", warp yarns of two colors that have been previously dyed in different colors and one of the warp yarns are used. Prepare one color and a weft dyed in the same color, and use this to dye the two.
A means of weaving according to the conventional method of satin weaving so that warp threads of each color are exposed as floats on the front and back sides of the ribbon, or a satin weave of the same color on both sides using warps and wefts dyed in the same color. After the ribbon is woven, a method is employed in which one side of the ribbon is coated with a coloring material of a different color.

However, in the former case, it is necessary to prepare the yarn by dyeing it in a different color in advance, which makes preparation and inventory management complicated, and if one dyed yarn is in short supply, ribbon weaving will be delayed. There is a major drawback in that it becomes impossible to dye a large amount of yarn, and in many cases it is difficult to weave a satin ribbon with a uniform color tone because dyeing spots inevitably occur when a large amount of yarn is dyed.

In addition, in the latter case, the coloring agent coating makes the texture harder and the satin's unique luster is lost.
There are problems in that the texture of the satin woven ribbon is significantly deteriorated and that a complicated and skillful processing operation is required to obtain a uniform coating.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention has been researched and developed in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks. The present invention has been researched and developed in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks. Adopting the "piece-dyed" method, we eliminate the labor required to prepare yarn-dyed yarn and the various defects that arise from the use of yarn-dyed yarn, and create a unique surface with a beautiful color tone that is uniform on both sides and has no spots. To provide a method for producing a colored satin woven ribbon having unique colors on both sides, which is soft and smooth peculiar to satin, has a unique luster, and has good touch and texture.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the method for manufacturing a colored satin woven ribbon with different colors on both sides according to the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a colored satin woven ribbon with different colors on both sides, in which both sides of the ribbon are A satin weave is created by using two types of yarns with different dyeability for the warp, which are exposed separately on both sides, and using the same yarn as one of the two types of warp for the weft. a step of weaving a ribbon; a step of dyeing the satin woven ribbon using a dye that dyes one of the two types of warp yarns but does not dye the other warp yarn; This method is characterized by the step of dyeing the satin woven ribbon using a dye that does not dye dyed warp threads, but dyes undyed warp threads in a different color.

(Function) Therefore, according to the present invention, one of the two types of warp threads having different dyeability is dyed by the first dyeing process, and one side of the satin ribbon is colored, and by the next dyeing process, one side of the satin ribbon is colored. The other warp thread is dyed in a different color, so that the other side of the satin ribbon is colored in a different color, and the weft thread is colored in the same color as one of the two warp threads.

(Example) A satin weave ribbon is woven according to the conventional satin weaving method using nylon thread and polyester thread with different dyeability for the warp and nylon thread for the weft, and one side of the ribbon is coated with nylon warp. is made to appear as a floating weave, and the polyester warp is made to appear as a floating weave on the other side.

Next, first, the nylon thread of the ribbon is dyed.
By dyeing polyester yarn with an acid dye that does not dye it, in this example, an azo acid dye (for red dyeing), each nylon warp and each nylon weft are dyed red, and only one side of the ribbon is dyed red. Color it.

Next, the ribbon is dyed with a disperse dye that dyes polyester threads but does not dye nylon threads, in this example, an azo disperse dye (for dark blue dyeing), so that it is in an undyed state. Each polyester warp thread is dyed dark blue, and the other side of the ribbon is colored dark blue, thereby producing a colored satin woven ribbon with different colors on both the front and back sides.

Note that the dyes for nylon threads and polyester threads are not limited to those described in the above examples; for nylon threads, anthraquinone acid dyes of various colors, etc.
In addition, for polyester yarn, we use various colors of anthraquinone disperse dyes, nitrodiphenylamine disperse dyes, azo cationic dyes, triphenylnetane cationic dyes, azine cationic dyes, oxazine cationic dyes, and thiazine dyes. A cationic dye or the like may also be used.

In general, the type of yarn (material) used is not limited to the above examples, and as long as the two types of yarn have different dyeability, various synthetic fiber yarns, real silk, human silk, human silk, etc. It can be used in any combination including cotton, etc., and the type of dye used will naturally change depending on the type of yarn (material).

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, when manufacturing a colored satin woven ribbon with different colors on both the front and back sides, it is possible to overcome the disadvantages caused by the yarn dyeing method described above, that is, a large amount of dyed threads with different colors. the necessity of preparation and management thereof, non-uniformity in color tone of woven ribbons resulting from dye spots that inevitably occur when dyeing a large amount of yarn, and ribbon weaving when one dyed yarn is insufficient. Various disadvantages such as the impossibility of coating, the rough feel and lack of luster due to coating on one side have been completely eliminated, and the particularly important elements of colored satin ribbons are smooth color tone, beautiful luster and softness unique to satin. To easily and reliably produce a colored satin woven ribbon having different colors on both sides and having a smooth feel and texture and of good quality.
