2. Description of the Related Art Generally, towels are woven using cotton yarn. In order to enhance the design, or to express individuality, it is often the case that the woven structure is partially changed or a colored pattern for decoration is woven. And at this time, as the yarn used for weaving the colored pattern for decoration, weaving is also performed using a yarn pre-dyed with a different color with the same type of fiber as the body part, and sometimes A method of dyeing in a different color after weaving using a different kind of fiber has been performed.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the method of weaving using a yarn previously dyed in a different color with the same kind of fiber as the main body part, during the processing process after weaving the towel, When using and washing repeatedly, there are many problems such as bleeding of color, dyeing, etc.In the method of dyeing into different colors after weaving using a different kind of fiber, it takes a long time to dye In addition, there are problems such as color change due to contamination and difficulty in obtaining a free combination of colors. Also,
No. 113679 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 51-28267
As shown in -135665, it has already been proposed to use synthetic fibers such as acrylic fibers and polyester fibers in the colored pattern portion, but in the use of ordinary acrylic fibers, cotton fibers are exposed and dyed. Color crying and color change during the process were large, and it was at best to weave one colored decorative pattern in one towel product. Also, those made by weaving colored patterns for decoration using other synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon do not fit well with cotton fibers due to the difference in physical properties such as shrinkage power of the fibers, and are valuable as products. There was a drawback that it was difficult to become something.

[Example 1] When weaving a towel using unbleached cotton yarn of 10th count as a ground yarn and a warp yarn for pile, a deep color was obtained by using a cationic dye under a high temperature dyeing condition of 130 ° C. A decorative colored pattern was woven using a yarn dyed 600 denier / 200 filament high temperature dyed acrylic filament yarn. When the woven towel was exposed under the bleaching condition using hydrogen peroxide, which is commonly used, the high-temperature dyeing type acrylic filament yarn dyed in deep red and woven into the colored pattern part for decoration was completely colored. A pure white towel product having no change, no crying of color on the cotton thread, no contamination, an elegant colored pattern portion for decoration, and a clear colored coloring pattern for decoration was obtained.

[Example 2] When weaving a towel using unbleached cotton yarn of 10th count as a ground yarn and a warp yarn for pile, 600 denier / 600 denier dyed black at a high temperature dyeing condition of 130 ° C. Acrylic filament yarn of 200 filament high temperature dyeing type, 600 denier / 200 filament high temperature dyeing acrylic filament yarn dyed off-white at 130 ° C high temperature dyeing condition and 130 ° C high temperature dyeing condition 600 denier / 2 dyed pink
A decorative colored pattern was woven using three colors of a 00 filament high temperature dyed acrylic filament yarn. When the woven towels were exposed under the bleaching condition using hydrogen peroxide, which is commonly used, all of the high-temperature dyed acrylic filament yarns dyed in three colors and woven into the colored pattern for decoration were completely non-existent. There is no change in color, no crying or contamination of cotton yarn, and there is an elegant luster in the decorative coloring pattern part, giving a pure white towel product with a clear and decorative coloring pattern woven. Was.

Example 3 When weaving a towel using a 10th-count non-bleachable cotton yarn as a ground yarn and a warp yarn for pile, 600 denier / black dyed at 130 ° C. at a high temperature dyeing condition. Acrylic filament yarn of 200 filament high temperature dyeing type, 600 denier / 200 filament high temperature dyeing acrylic filament yarn dyed off-white at 130 ° C high temperature dyeing condition and 130 ° C high temperature dyeing condition 600 denier / 2 dyed pink
A decorative colored pattern was woven using three colors of a 00 filament high temperature dyed acrylic filament yarn. A high-temperature dyed acrylic filament dyed in three colors, woven into a colored pattern part for decoration when the woven towel is dyed blue on the cotton yarn side under the dyeing conditions using a commonly used low-temperature type reactive dye. Each of the yarns had no change in color, had elegant luster in the decorative coloring pattern portion, and obtained a towel product in which the decorative coloring pattern was woven clearly.

[Comparative Example] Acrylic spun yarn of No. 18 dyed black under normal boiling dyeing conditions when weaving a towel using non-bleached cotton yarn of No. 10 as ground yarn and warp yarn for pile And dyed off-white yarn under the same boil dyeing conditions.
A colored pattern for decoration was woven using three colors of the acrylic spun yarn of the count and the acrylic spun yarn of the 18th which was dyed pink under the usual boil dyeing conditions. When the woven towel was exposed under the usual bleaching process using hydrogen peroxide, the three-color dyed acrylic spun yarn woven into the colored pattern part for decoration became black dyed acrylic. With the crying of color from spun yarn,
The color changed greatly due to the contamination of the acrylic spun yarn of another color, and a towel product woven with the intended sharp colored decorative pattern could not be obtained.
