Claims (1)
- 静圧流体にて負荷を保持するセラミツク材より
成る回転軸において、該回転軸の両端部のうち少
なくとも工具または被加工物を取着する側の端部
に段付部を有する嵌合体を着装するとともに、該
嵌合体の少なくとも段付部が軸受ケーシング内に
収容されていることを特徴とする回転軸端部構造
。
